Silencing Shot now always silences for 2 seconds, changed from only silencing on interrupting a cast. Survival Tactics no longer reduces the cooldown of Silencing Shot. (These changes have been live and were missing a changelog.)
[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug where Hypnosis lasted 8 sec versus players instead of the intended 6.
[Area 52] Fixed a bug where Scatter Shot would trigger Arcane Arrows.
[Elune] Clarified behaviour of Tools of War and Martial Crescendo. Talents still do work with "on next swing" abilities. They no longer grant an additional stack. Instead, they refresh the buff duration.

[Pending Restart] The boulder throw spell used by Primordial Behemoths found in Maraudon is now much less blinding.
[Manastorm] [Pending Restart] More Hearty Hearts can now be obtained in Phase 2 of the Archmage Adeline encounter.
[Manastorm] Reduced Chaotic link stacks on Cannon Master Willey to match the enemies between spawn location and the boss.

[Pending Restart] - Fungal now applies a DoT effect. You can only have 1 dot effect applied meaning if multiple mushrooms are spawned from different NPCs, they are not overly punishing to deal with.
[Pending Restart] Healing in Battleground Combat reduced by 30% while leveling.
Fixed the PvP Mod on Mythical Protector. Increased its pvp mod from doing -90%, to -80%.
[Elune] Fixed a bug causing Explosive shot (Aimed shot) to not have the proper PvP Mod since merge. (It now mirrors Explosive shot's PvP Mod).

The majority of Creature Mana burns will now have a cast time of 2.5 seconds or higher instead of 1s to 1.5 seconds to make it more rewarding to interrupt these spells.
Hurl Boulder from Maraudon Primordial Behemoth now has a slightly longer cast time and slightly smaller radius. But again it still smacks it is a giant flaming boulder that you can run away from, please run away from it.
[Requires Restart] Fixed an issue where EXP was not being increased in Manastorms properly based on map length.
Buffed Heirlooms to have better overall stats while leveling.
Marisa Du Paige in Manastorm's Blizzard now has a 3 second tick rate up from 1 second, but it still smacks so don't stand in it.
Fixed Skillcard Pack opening UI bug where it would only open 100 at a time.

[Manastorm] [ Pending Restart] Surgeon Stitchflesh's experiments now properly scale with the player's level.
[Manastorm] Avatar of Hakkar start location improved to account for encounter length and added floating arrow above the ritual candles that begin the custom encounter to make it clear the braziers are not used.
Increased the size of the clickable Resonite Crystals in the Geolord Vek Manastorm encounter to make them more clear they can be interacted with and clickable through affixes.
