[Primalist] Hand of Ragnaros has been reworked, it now increases the CD of Fist of Ragnaros and adds a powerful patch of fire to the ground that burns enemies in a small radius

Talentos & Habilidades
Water Elemental's Water Bolt will now be affected by cast speed modifiers such as Blood Lust.
Fixed an issue which allowed various spells to bypass Deterrence deflection.
Forked Lightning will now work in PvP.

Weather particle effects will now update when teleporting to new zones.

[Verdant Convergence] [Pending Restart] Dawn stacks now reduce the cooldown of Sunburst by 11 seconds. (This makes Sunburst have a 1 second CD. Spell global cooldown is capped at 1 second, so it effectively will have no cooldown. This just fixes a stuttering animation when spamming Sunburst. )

Talentos & Habilidades
Outside of small numerical tweaks, these are the final changes that will go out before Hyjal Ascended release. No further mechanical reworks will hit live realms before, this is to allow raiders to fully plan out their strategies.
Reduced Spell Power scaling of Immolation Aura by 50%. This spell was incorrectly setup and its scaling was double of what was intended. Added Attack Power scaling to Immolation Aura. It previously had none.
Increased base damage and scaling of damaging Judgements by 25%.
Judgements of the Pure now increase the damage of your Judgements by 8/16/25%.
Fanaticism Capstone Bonus now also reduces the cooldown of your Execution Sentence by 10 seconds when Judging the Sentenced target.
Increased base damage and scaling of Execution Sentence by 20%.
Art of War and Sanctity of Battle now also increase the damage of your Execution Sentence.
Crusader Strike is now on a charge system. 3 charges, 4 seconds recovery time.
Fixed a bug where Seal of Righteousness was scaling for x3 more with Spell Power than intended. The following changes aim to buff active aspects of builds impacted by this change.

[Spot Weakness] Spot Weakness has swapped to a PPM system from a base proc chance. This should result in more reliable procs from this Mystic Enchant.
