[Witch Hunter] The Right Price now boosts Collect Bounty by 33% per rank down from 50% (100% at max rank)

Talentos & Habilidades
[Pending Restart] Prayer of Mending will jump only to players now, using the smart heal logic, targeting the player with the lowest health in the party/raid group. This is done to prevent cases where spell jumps on pet/minion that has low chance of taking damage, "preventing" future jumps.

[Sun Cleric] Seraph's oath tooltip changed to properly display how many enemies Gavel of Atonement cleaves while active.
[Starcaller] Node placement and node connections of Astral Warfare tree have been completely overhauled.
[Starcaller] Starshield Smash no longer applies Scattered Stars by itself. In combination with Meteor Smash talent (unchanged) it was resetting more than twice the value of its own cooldown upon consumption with very few targets.
[Starcaller] Celestial Cleave cooldown reduced to 3 seconds to fill out the gap left by previously higher uptime of Celestial Knight.
[Starcaller] Celestial Knight proc chance from Starsunder increased to 25% to make it more reliable for DPS AOE.
[Starcaller] Command has been removed from the class tree and is now learned when acquiring Warden of the Moon.
[Starcaller] New node Nightblade, which increases the damage done by Starlord Strike (proc of Aspect of the Starlord) introduced to the class tree placed in Starbarian's old position.
[Starcaller] Starbarian moved to na new position in the class tree under Lunar Shock and above Mana Charged.

[Witch Doctor] Voodoo Serpent Beam should no longer randomly stop casting and properly benefit from haste.
[Son of Arugal] Bloodsore can no longer be manually cancelled.
[Ranger] Fixed an issue where Adaptation: Crossbowman could stack with other Adaptations.
[Ranger] Farstrider's Command will no longer proc while below 5 Archery Points.
[KoX] Dismenberment will now properly apply the healing reduction effect when used against monsters.
[Cultist] When going Insane, while above 100 stacks of Total Madness you will now also gain stacks of End My Madness. This debuff reduces all healing received by 1%. This means Cultists will take -1% healing while at 101 stacks of Total Madness. And take -100% healing at 200 stacks of Total Madness. (pending restart)
