Raider Commendation vendors will now offer the Tier Token instead of the individual pieces, this is in preparation for the new Horizontal Progression Tier Unlock system coming in a future update.

[Pending Restart] - Improved Blessing of Wisdom increases the effect of Blessing of Wisdom by 15/30% up from 10/20%.
[Pending Restart] - Benediction (Retribution Paladin - level 10 talent) now restores 10/20/30 (up from 7/14/20%) base mana when you kill a target that gives experience or honor. This effect cannot occur more than once every 5 seconds.

Issue where Holy Hammer Nova Epic RE was only healing party members, and not all allies has been fixed.

Reviewed several typos in vanity collection's item descriptions.
[All] Cleared all pet data for Rexxar, so characters that previously had broken Infinite Protectors (and other pets) should now have working ones upon server restart
[Necromancer] Fixed a bug where Putrid Saliva (from Putrid Ghouls) would pierce immunity effects
[Primalist] Fixed a bug where Talonfury (the enrage proc from Primal Weapon: Tooth & Claw) would not apply if the critical strike killed the target

Updated the tooltip of Seal of Righteousness to clarify that slower weapons will deal increased damage accordingly.
Fixed an issue where Mass Dispel would remove friendly targets from stealth. It will still remove enemies from stealth.

[Ascension DB] Fixed an issue where adding/posting a comment would sometimes result in a 'not found' page.
[Ascension DB] Added a new column to Items and Itemsets called 'Difficulty' this allows for sorting on item difficulty.
[Ascension DB] Conquest of Azeroth talents are now properly displayed as Talents, additionally added the menu entries for all CoA classes to the Spells>Talents menu.
[Ascension DB] Fixed an issue where the item Unstable Trigger (and similar named items) were inaccessible.

[Pending Restart] - The Seal of Ascension (Upper Blackrock Spire Key) will now be a vanity item, claimable on alternate characters, and saved to your collection.
[Pending Restart] - Bloodfang 8 Set will now scale off of your Melee Critical and Hit Chance (see bug above that was fixed where it could stack up to 3 times).

Clarified the tooltip for Cauterizing Flames to indicate that Cauterizing Fire cannot penetrate immunities on allies. No mechanics were changed.

Issue where it was difficult to target different targets while a party member had Consecration (Emanate) active has been fixed (Pending Restart)
Arcane Thunderseer proccing Incanter's Thunder and causing a very loud noise has been fixed (Pending Restart)
Pious Strikes Epic RE Damage is now consistent with your Holy Nova damage (Pending Restart)
Glacial Companion RE visual has been changed due to the old visual being massive
Issue where Blood Craze was not proccing from some critical strikes has been fixed, and is now proccing from all critical strikes as intended (Pending Restart)
Talentos & Habilidades
[Swift Justice] Empowerment of Light will no longer be consumed by non-instant cast smites. What this means is that if you cast Fireball, then start casting Smite before the fireball hits your target, if that Fireball triggers Empowerment of Light the Smite you are currently hard casting will not consume the buff, allowing you to still cast an instant cast smite when your hard casted smite completes.
The Surge of Light buff that grants you instant cast Smite should no longer be consumed if you gain the buff while in the process of hard casting smite. The casted smite will cast normally without consuming the buff, allowing you to still use your instant cast Smite. (Pending Restart)
[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug where Restorative Totem increased the mana restored by Mana Tide Totem by too much, it will now properly increase the mana restored by Mana Tide Totem by 40/80/120%.

[Pending Restart] - Corrected the description of the Master Dragonslayer items on Mythic. It will now properly show as Mythic Items.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue with Judgement, Dragonstalker sets would sometimes lose their ability to proc their 5 & 8 set until you re-equipped the gear. (This was a very rare bug, but is now properly fixed).
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where the Shadow Priest Styled DPS spirit set was granting the wrong effects at different set break points
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where the Warrior T2 (strength DPS) set had the old 5 set.

Sanctity of Battle Rare Enchant was not increasing the damage of Divine Storm as stated. It will now properly grant 2% damage to Divine Storm per stack. (pending restart)
[Pending Restart] Increased the duration of the Gurubashi Berserker buff from 12 to 14 seconds.
[Area52] Fixed an issue where Mind Flay was resetting stacks of Endless Agony instead of adding stacks. (pending restart)
Fixed an issue where applying Fel Charge to an Untarnished Mystic Scroll would apply Felborne instead. It will now properly apply Fel Charge to the scroll. (Pending restart and patch)

The daily quest Prestige: Open World, will now award 6,000 Marks of Ascension, up from 3,500.

[Starcaller] Moonguard's Vigil will no longer be applied when using Warden's Blade with Warden of the Moon active.

[Pending Restart] [Blackwing Lair] [Nefarian] Corrected an issue where player would loose the protective aura from Onyxias Scale Cloak and the Royal Cloak of Lord Victor Nefarius upon death, requiring them to reequip the items.
[Pending Restart] [Blackwing Lair] [Nefarian] Fallen Heroes no longer periodically reset threat. Fallen Heroes will now periodically increase their marching speed, becoming faster and faster. Marching speed is reset whenever the Fallen Hero dies.
