General
Volchan has received some adjustments to damage, health, and movement speed.
Custom quests now have corrected max level bonus gold from experience.
PvP gear has had 5% of its overall PvP Defense removed. In a later restart PvP weapons will also give 3% increased damage to players, 6% for two-handed.
Players and their pets now natively take 20% reduced damage from other players and their pets, with an additional small amount for every level you are below an attacking player, additionally you deal a small amount of increased damage for every level you are below an opponent.
Exploit protection has been added for Rogue pickpocketing, limiting its use in specific situations.
It is no longer possible to pull the Slaughter Square Abominations or Baron Rivendare without progressing Stratholme.
Talentos & Habilidades
Zephyr has been changed and now reads: Your Windfury hits increases the damage the target takes from your Windfury and Stormstrike by 2%. Stacks up to 10 times and lasts for 12 sec.
Arcane Missiles rank 8 (level 60 rank) base damage for has been increased by 6%.
Arcane Blast spell power scaling has been increased by 4%.
Arcane Missiles spell power scaling has been reduced by 4%.
Arcane Empowerment now grants 30% spell power scaling to Arcane Missiles, changed from 45%. Arcane Blast now gets 20%, changed from 9%.
Glyph of Arcane Blast now grants 3% Arcane Blast cast speed, changed from 3% damage.
Bladestorm now deals 20% more damage and can hit up to 6 targets, changed from 4.
Wild Quiver now has a 7/14/20% proc chance, changed from 4/8/12%.
Hydromancer: Water Nova pool of water now deals damage over time and no longer has an internal cooldown. It no longer applies Doused.
Fixed an issue where Sweeping Strikes and Blade Flurry damage was further reduced by armor on the second target.
Static Shock now has a 1/2/3 PPM based proc chance, changed from 3/6/9%. (This means that the proc chance scales with weapon speed, making it stronger for 2-handed weapons.)
Improved Mortal Strike now grants 0.75/1.5s cooldown reduction to Mortal Strike, changed from 0.5/1 sec.
Ice Barrage now also gains Icicle stacks from Frostfire Bolt. At 5 Icicle stacks your Ice Lance will treat the target as being frozen.
Arcane Cascade has been changed and now reads: Your Arcane Blast applies an Arcane Charge on the target and when dealing damage with Arcane Explosion on an affected target you deal Arcane damage to nearby enemies and restore 6% base mana. Subsequent casts on targets with Arcane Charge will apply it to additional nearby targets. It can now trigger the same charge multiple times, changed from one.
While Infused Gems is active it also grants your newly created Mana Gems.
Arcane Blast stacks now increases the mana cost of Arcane Blasts by 175%, changed from 150%.
Esoteric Power damage now only hits one target and its damage inheritance has been reduced to 15%, changed from 20%.
Ascending Flames now reduces the cooldown of Lava Burst by 3 sec, changed from 2.
Ambush Predator now has a 20% to trigger from Shred, changed from 50%. It now lowers Ravage energy cost by 20, changed from 15 and causes Ravage to grant an additional combo point.
Barrage Overload has a new effect which reads: Each Arcane Blast stack consumed by Arcane Barrage grants you a charge of Barrage Overload which makes your Arcane Blast casts $s1% faster but costs $s2% more mana and your Arcane Missile hits restore 2% mana.
Stormbound Instinct now requires Earthen Guardian to be active.
Fixed the health scaling from stamina of Greater Fire and Earth Elemental Totem.
Killing Spree now increases your damage dealt by 40% while active, changed from 20%.
Stampede debuff now lasts for 20 sec, changed from 15.
Cold Blood now has a 2 min cooldown, changed from 3.
General
A new world boss, Volchan, has been added! Along with a new method of obtaining a total of +10 increased Mining skill. Volchan has received temporarily inflated health and damage values due to the number of players that will be participating at his release.
As a heads up to avoid confusion some of the above fixes won't be applied with the upcoming restart they will be applied later ideally today.
Mounting in Battle Grounds will now increase your movement speed by 100% even if you do not have the riding training for it.

Amount of Felstone Grog required for its quest has been cut in half.
[Pending Restart] Some guards outside of Blackrock Depths are no longer duplicated.
Dark Iron Residue now also has a 10x option to turn them in faster.
[Pending Restart] You can now toggle "At War" with the Thorium Brotherhood, some important NPCs have been made unattackable, and you can regain reputation under neutral by killing Blackrock Depths enemies, this change was for the guard functionality.
[Pending Restart] Thorium Brotherhood Lookouts are now actual guards that should respond to PvP combat.
[Felsworn] Pacts now properly behave like Paladin auras, multiple Felsworns can bring different Pacts, but they cannot overlap the same one.
[Runemaster] Ley Lock is now melee range baseline and 40 yds for Glyphic
[Runemaster] Firebrand now has a small DoT alongside the explosion damage at the end to ensure you always gain some benefit from applying Firebrand.
[Runemaster] Empowered Magi no longer guarantees Firebrand on Primordial Blast, and is now a 50% chance to proc.
[Runemaster] Coldrune Blasts base damage has been nerfed greatly on lower ranks, and moderately at higher ranks

[Primalist] Geomancy tree has been repathed with the above changes in mind
[Primalist] Earthen Mandate is now the level 50 Geomancy passive. The current level 50 Geomancy passive is now the level Geomancy 30 passive and it now generates Rumbler off a % chance from generating Earthshaping instead of every 2 Geode Barrage casts.
[Primalist] Rupturer now also generates Geomolding with Stonefall damage dealt
[Primalist] Journey to the Core now works with Terrasurge and Earthquake and triggers with Seismic Lance
[Primalist] Corebreaker no longer generates Rage, instead increases the damage the target takes from your Earthquake
[Primalist] Cracking the Earth now triggers from Shattered Stone
[Primalist] Earthen Core deprecated and replaced with Shattered Stone talent

[Tinker] Demolitions Expert replaced with Grenadier talent which allows you to refresh a charge of Firepot Drone
[Tinker] Firepot Drone is now on a 3 charge system rather than always requiring a Napalm proc to use.
[Pyromancer] Overheat can no longer be cast if you already have Overheat active, preventing cases where you double tap it and waste both charges.
[Pyromancer] Tide of Fire’s healing and damage now share the same target cap
[Pyromancer] Lucifron’s Blessing now increases all haste, instead of just spell haste.
