Extremely elusive items that are received only from summoned bosses from an extensively long quest chain (Theldren, Jarien, Sothos, Kormok, Mor Greyhoof, Isalien) now are merged into a singular "drop pool". This "drop pool" has a 20% chance of being added onto the last boss of every 50+ dungeon as an additional loot template. The following items are in the drop pool: Ironweave Pants, Ironweave Gloves, Ironweave Belt, Huntsman's Harpoon, Hammer of Revitalization, Tome of Divine Right, The Jaw Breaker, Belt of the Trickster, Amalgam's Band, Band of the Steadfast Hero, Blade of Necromancy, Hammer of Divine Might, Totem of Rebirth, Idol of Rejuvenation, Libram of Hope, Boots of Ferocity.

[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Rupture was not triggering the Circle of Healing from Dark Surgeon. All rogue damaging finisher abiltiies should be able to trigger this (as stated in tooltip).

[Pending Restart] - [Scholomance] - The wandering plague debuff (the one you receive after wandering plague is spread to you) is no longer dispellable. However, the wandering plague debuff (that spreads wandering plague to allies) is now dispellable. This removes an intense and punishing layer of RNG where if both are dispellable it was insanely hard to dispel it at all because of how fast the debuff could ramp up when pulling multiple mobs or having multiple allies affected at once. Now you can remove the cause effect and no longer gain additional stacks of the wandering plague without having to spam dispels on players.

[Area52 High-Risk] Significantly increased the drop rates of High-Risk Materials in event areas and outside of event areas. This increase is further increased for Meat and Herbs. Shared Party loot was dropping much lower than intended and has been massively boosted. This will result in substantially more rewards for your farming efforts and better match the risk incurred.

[Pending Restart] - Baroness Anastari no longer uses Banshee Curse (AoE curse that lasts for 30 seconds reducing your chance to hit by 40%)+. She now has uses Curse of the Baroness. Curse of the Baroness deals periodic damage and triggering a debuff that increases the damage taken by the curse, further increased by stack. You can remove these stacks with dispel curse and all stacks are dispelled at once.

[Pending Restart] - Baroness Anastari no longer attempts to mind control an ally every 10 to 15 seconds. Instead, this timer has been quadrupled to every 40 to 90 seconds.

Previously this effect made him immune to Magic Damage rendering it nearly impossible to take down for some combination of builds with his new added mechanics.

With the changes the Mystic Enchantment should be providing less damage on early levels and scale better in the end-game.
