Talents et Capacités
Fixed an issue that could cause Critical Block not to reduce the damage properly when critically blocking.
Fixed a tooltip issue with Hasty Exorcism, where it was showing the wrong cooldown reduction when enchanted on gear.
Fixed an issue where Ready to Strike buff from Heavyweight would not be consumed by Cleave.
Conflagrate now deals 5% reduced damage against players. It previously did not have a PvP modifier.
Mortal Strike now deals 140% weapon damage, up from 130%. It now deals 45% reduced damage to players, from 40%.
Mutilate now deals 135% weapon damage, up from 130%.
Gag Order now also increases the threat of your Shield Slam by 5/10%.
Anticipation now also grants 3/6/9/12/15% block value.
Thunder Clap now deals 60% increased damage while wielding a two-hander, up from 40%.
Improved Victory Rush now increases threat by 33/66/100%, up from 20/40/60% increased threat.
Savage Defense now reduces the damage taken by an amount equal to 35% of your attack power, up from 25%.
Increased the Armor bonus of Thick Hide (Feral talent) to 7/14/20%, up from 5/10/15%. In addition, this talent now also increases stamina by 1/2/3%.
Wrecking Crew no longer requires Battle Stance.
Fixed a bug causing Divine Storm to do less damage than stated by the tooltip. Also increased the weapon damage of Divine Storm to 135%, up from 130%.
Increased the duration of Netherwind Presence to 10 seconds, up from 8 seconds.
Increased the damage of Wrath by 4%.
Emberstorm now reduces the cast time of Incinerate by 0.06 seconds per point, up from 0.05 seconds.
Increased the weapon damage of Backstab to 230%, up from 215%, and the weapon damage of Ambush to 305%, up from 285%. In addition, the bonus damage of Backstab and Ambush has been increased by 8%. Ambush now deals 20% reduced damage to players, from 15%.
Increased Chain Lightning's base damage by 8%, and spell power scaling by 4%
Increased Lightning Bolt's base damage by 8%, and spell power scaling by 4%
The Anticipation Capstone effect now increases shield block value by 20%, up from 15%. In addition, the tooltip now clarifies that the effect cannot occur more than once every second.
Natural Reaction now restores 15 rage when dodging an attack, up from 10 rage.
Improved Faerie Fire now increases the critical strike chance of your Druid damage spells by 2% per rank, up from 1% on targets afflicted by Faerie Fire.
Increased the damage of Immolate by 7%.
Righteous Vengeance can now proc from Hammer of Wrath.
Fixed an issue where Revitalize would not work with Healing Touch.
Iceblock now gets canceled automatically when casting Stealth.
Changed Seed of Corruption's tooltip to no longer state that that one Corruption spell per Warlock can be active on any one target.
The Spirit Tap, Moonglow and Holy Concentration Spirit buffs do not stack.
Holy Concentration now increases Spirit by 10/20/30% instead of only increasing the mana regeneration from Spirit.
Moonglow now reduces the mana cost of Starfire, Wrath, Healing Touch and Regrowth and gives a chance when casting these spells to increase your Spirit by 10/20/30% (from 4/7/10%) for 8 seconds. It no longer increases your spell haste.
New Capstone: Living Spirit - With the final rank of this talent, your Rejuvenation now heals for an additional 50% on targets below 50% health.
The Meditation capstone effect now increases your spell critical strike rating by 15% of your Spirit.
Improved Moonkin Form now increases your spell damage by 4/8/12% of your Spirit, up from 3/6/9%.
Improved Spirit Tap now increases your spell critical strike rating by 10/20% of your Spirit, up from 8/15%.
Spirit Tap now increases your Spirit by 10/20/30%, from 15/30/45%.
New Capstone: Student of the Mind - With the final rank of this talent, your spell damage is increased by 15% of your Spirit.
Student of the Mind now increases Spirit by 5/10/15%, up from 4/7/10%.
Tranquility can now heal anyone in your raid instead of being limited to party members. It will still target a maximum of five allies per tick, and will prioritize allies with lower health.
Fixed an issue where Bloodrage would not grant the appropriate amount of rage.
Fixed an issue where Deep Freeze damage would not be affected by Molten Fury talents or Mystic Enchant.
Mongoose Bite, Counterattack and Wing Clip will now scale with ranged attack power increasing effects such as Hunter's Mark.

[Nordrassil Raiment] [2-piece set bonus]: Increases your healing done to targets below 75% health by 3%.
[Nordrassil Harness] [4-piece set bonus]: If your Primary Stat is Agility, you gain 30% of your Strength as critical strike rating. If your Primary Stat is Strength, you gain 40% of your Agility as attack power.
[Nordrassil Harness] [2-piece set bonus]: Increases your Expertise Rating by 3% of your Agility.
[Destroyer Plate] [4-piece set bonus]: When your health drops below 35% your armor is increased by 3500 and any active Stagger effect from your Tactical Mastery capstone is cleared. This effect lasts for 5 seconds and can only occur every 45 seconds.
[Destroyer Plate] [2-piece set bonus]: Your attacks made to targets above 90% health generate bonus threat.
[Destroyer Battlegear] [4-piece set bonus]: Critically hitting a target below 35% health has a chance to increase your Physical critical strike damage by 10% for 10 seconds.
[Destroyer Battlegear] [2-piece set bonus]: Your Deep Wounds deal 20% more damage.
[Destroyer Armor] [4-piece set bonus]: When your health drops below 35% your block value is increased by 40%. This effect lasts for 5 seconds and can only occur every 30 seconds.
[Destroyer Armor] [2-piece set bonus]: Blocking an attack has a chance to increase your Strength by 10% for 10 seconds.
[Deathmantle] [4-piece set bonus]: Using any finisher has a chance to lethally poison the target, increasing your damage dealt to the target by 10% (5% to players) and dealing Nature damage over 8 seconds.
[Deathmantle] [2-piece set bonus]: Your critical strikes increase your expertise rating by 2, stacking up to 20 times. This effect lasts for 4 seconds.
[Crystalforge Raiment] [4-piece set bonus]: Your direct critical heals have a chance to increase your healing done and critical effect chance by 15% for your next heal. Critical heals do not consume the effect. Lasts for a maximum of 8 seconds, and can only occur once every 12 seconds.
[Crystalforge Raiment] [2-piece set bonus]: Increases your spell critical chance by 4% while above 75% mana.
[Crystalforge Battlegear] [4-piece set bonus]: Your magic damage spells and abilities have a chance to Condemn the target, dealing Holy damage and increasing your Strength by 10% for 10 seconds. This effect can only occur once every 15 seconds.
[Crystalforge Battlegear] [2-piece set bonus]: Increases your spell damage by 15% of your Strength.
[Crystalforge Armor] [4-piece set bonus]: Dealing magic damage has a chance to burn your target with high-threat Holy damage and reduce the Physical damage you take from the next 3 attacks by 5%. This effect can only occur once every 10 seconds.
[Crystalforge Armor] [2-piece set bonus]: Fully avoiding an attack has a chance to increase the threat generated by your magic damage by 8% for 6 seconds.
[Corruptor Raiment] [4-piece set bonus]: Your periodic damage effects have a chance to trigger Pandemonium, increasing your damage dealt to the target by 10% (5% to players) and dealing Chaos damage over 8 seconds. Chaos damage is a combination of all magic schools, and will benefit from the highest modifier to either school.
[Corruptor Raiment] [2-piece set bonus]: Increases your Shadow spell damage by 35 and your chance to critically strike with Fire spells by 3%.
[Cataclysm Regalia] [4-piece set bonus]: Your non-periodic spell critical strikes have a a chance to trigger an Elemental Echo, dealing Elemental damage to the target. If this damage critically strikes, you gain 6% spell damage for 5 seconds. Elemental damage is a combination of the Nature, Frost and Fire magic schools, and will benefit from the highest modifier to either school.
[Cataclysm Regalia] [2-piece set bonus]: Increases your spell critical strike damage by 2%.
[Cataclysm Raiment] [4-piece set bonus]: Your non-critical heals increase the effect of your next critical heal by 8%, stacking up to 3 times. This effect can not trigger on full overheals.
[Cataclysm Raiment] [2-piece set bonus]: Increases your spell critical strike rating by 8% of your Intellect.
[Cataclysm Harness] [4-piece set bonus]: Your direct magic damage criticals increase your Agility by 1%, stacking up to 10 times. Once fully stacked your melee attacks are imbued with power, causing them to deal additional Magic damage. After 10 seconds the effect resets.
[Cataclysm Harness] [2-piece set bonus]: Increases your spell critical strike rating and spell hit rating by 10% of your Agility.
[Avatar Regalia] [4-piece set bonus]: While above 75% mana, your direct damage spells have a chance to trigger a Soul Burst, dealing Shadow damage to the target and increasing your damage done by 5% for 3 seconds but draining 2% of your mana each second.
[Avatar Regalia] [2-piece set bonus]: Increases your spell damage by 6% of your Spirit.
[Avatar Raiment] [4-piece set bonus]: When you bring a target to full health with a direct heal you gain 30% of Spirit as spell power and 8% critical effect chance for your next 3 heals. This effect can only occur once every 12 seconds.
[Avatar Raiment] [2-piece set bonus]: Increases your healing done by 3% while your mana is above 75%.
Restored the DPS of all Arrows and Bullets to their original values.
[Itemization Change] Prism of Inner Calm now has critical strike rating.
[Itemization Change] Fathom-Brooch of the Tidewalker has been reworked, it now has spell power and an on-use effect that drops a puddle healing and restoring mana to allies standing in the puddle.
[Itemization Change] Living Root of the Wildheart now increases critical strike rating by 175 for 10 seconds while not in form. If you are shapeshifted changes this effect changes based on which form you are in.
[Itemization Change] The buff from Serpent-Coil Braid now gives 175 spell power, down from 222 spell power.
Items with mana per 5 sec. and spell power have had these stats increased slightly.
Fixed an issue where Uther's Strength wouldn't proc properly.
Donjons et Raids
Fixed an issue where Fierce Blow would sometimes stop triggering on bosses with spells.
Fierce Blow now pierces 50% of absorbs on the target.
[Karazhan] [Chess Event] Fixed a bug where chess pieces spells would target incorrect units.
[Karazhan] [Chess Event] Fixed a bug where Cheat Spells would sometimes not deal damage to the correct chess pieces.
[Karazhan] [Netherspite] Fixed a bug where Netherspite sometimes would be permanently immune to taunt effects.
Enchantements Mystiques
Nature's Majesty now increases the critical strike chance of your Wrath, Starfire, Starfall, Nourish and Healing Touch spells by 2%, up from 1%.
Fixed an issue where Ready to Strike buff from Heavyweight would not be consumed by Cleave.
Demolishing Strike now deals 165% weapon damage, up from 150%. It now deals 35% reduced damage to players, from 30%.
Increased the spell power scaling of Crusader Strike (One With the Light) and Divine Storm (One With the Light) by 4%.
The tentacles summoned by Whispers of the Old Gods can now increase your spell damage by 15% of your Spirit for 15 seconds. Also renamed their spells, increased their damage slightly, and fixed some issues where they could eat effects like Pain and Suffering.
Fierce Mind now increases your spell power (both spell damage and healing power) by 3% of your Spirit. It previously increased healing power by 2% of your Spirit.
Faith Rekindled now increaases the duration of Renew by 1 second per tick, down from 1.5 seconds.
Fixed an issue where some Epic Mystic Enchants were usable on weapons.
Removed the cast time of Concussion Blow (Stormhammer), and its damage and scaling has been increased. The duration of Stormhammer buff has been increased to 6 seconds, up from 4 seconds, and the threat from Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning is increased to 100%, up from 50%. Stormshield from Stormhammer now lasts 8 seconds, up from 6 seconds.
Fixed an issue where Concussion Blow (Stormhammer) would not go in warrior spell book tab.
Fetch Me Their Bones! now triggers from dealing damage with Arcane Shot, Steady Shot, Raptor Strike, Mongoose Bite, Counterattack, and Wing Clip.
Fixed an issue where Heavyweight wouldn't properly give the proper attack speed and damage increase when Ready to Strike is active.
Fixed an issue where Demolishing Strike would not benefit from all Mortal Strike damage and cooldown modifiers.
Fixed an issue where Blood Rain sometimes would not properly increase the damage of bleeds.
Fixed an issue where Ice Lash would stop having guaranteed critical strikes after some time.
Fixed the tooltip of Twisted Mind to correctly state that it increases your spell power by 1 per level.
Demolishing Strike now deals 35% reduced damage against players, from 30%.
