Pending Restart: Consortium Monthly Membership benefits have been reworked. Friendly rewards remain unchanged. Honored rewards an extra uncommon gem (in comparison to friendly) and a 50% chance at an uncut rare gem. Revered rewards an extra uncommon gem (in comparison to honored) and guarantees an uncut rare gem. Exalted rewards no extra uncommon gems (in comparison to revered) but guarantees 3 to 4 uncut rare gems. This is now a quest chain and resets every month, meaning players must first complete the Friendly quest, next month they will be able to complete the Honored Quest. This cycle continues until players will be able to complete the exalted quest each month.
Fixed an issue where there were discrepancies on what could or could not proc the Eye of Magtheridon trinket. Triggered Spells like Penance and Holy shock can now proc the Heroic and Ascended Versions and thus have mirrored proc behavior to the normal version of the trinket.

Fixed an issue where some Karazhan items such as: Loot from trash mobs or Loot from the Chest Event inside Karazhan were not dropping their Bloodforged variants in World (High Risk)

Fixed an exploit where players could use unbounded mindflay while using twilight paragon.
Fixed an issue where Presence of Mind was reducing the damage dealt by hailstorm by 15%.
Fixed an issue where Presence of Mind was not letting you instantly cast Hailstorm.
Fixed an exploit with Blizzard and Presence of Mind combined with the snow storm RE which allowed players to deal massive amounts of DPS.

Increased Felforged Kill and Quest exp to 600% up from 500%.
Fixed an issue where Inner Focus would prioritize Dominant Word Shield consumption, meaning if you had inner focus and then casted power word: shield on a target under 75% health, the weakened soul duration would not be reduced, but Inner Focus would be consumed without benefitting PW:S/DMW:S
Fixed an issue where water shield could cause Tidal Waves or Maelstrom Weapon not to gain any benefit in cast speed to Healing Wave or Lesser Healing Wave.

[Serpentshrine] [Hydross the Unstable] Purified Water Elemental and Tainted Water Elemental spawning out of combat to get cleansed by Hydross the Unstable are no longer immune to their represented element.
[Area 52] [Serpentshrine] [Morogrim Tidewalker] Ergrgls "Ffrl Mrmm" ability and Mgrmrs "Gllrlmrl" ability once again have unlimited duration. This change applies to Area 52 only.
[Serpentshrine] [Lady Vashj] Increased the damage of Lethal Envenom Injections by 1000% on Heroic and higher difficulties.
[Serpentshrine] [Morogrim Tidewalker] Ergrgls "Ffrl Mrmm" ability can no longer be dispelled or spell stolen.

[Serpentshrine] [General] Reduced the chance of Serpentshrine Parasites summoned by Underbog Colossus to infect a target with a new Parasite on melee attacks.

Added a new spell to the General Tab of the spellbook that shows your damage reduction against players. [May require a relog to show properly.]
Fixed an issue where the Idols available for arena points had no resil or PvP power.
The base Resilience which heroes received for simply equipping an item has been moved to a passive effect which reduces damage taken directly, without increasing the Resilience stat. This means that the value of Resilience no longer dramatically increases the more of it you have.
Talents et Capacités
Fixed an issue where Deep Wounds dealt more damage against players than intended.
Conflagrate now deals 10% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 5%.
Vampiric Touch now deals 20% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 15%.
Killer Instinct can now also trigger from Explosive Shot.
The cooldown reduction on Shamanism now also triggers from Lightning Overload procs.
Drain Life now deals 5% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 10%.
Starfire now deals 5% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 10%.
Chimera Shot now deals 20% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 25%.
Shield Slam now deals 5% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 10%.
Mongoose Bite now deals 20% reduced damage against players, from 10%.
Seal of Vengeance now deals 15% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 20%.
Counterattack now deals 15% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 10%.
Moved the Capstone effect from Concussion to Lightning Mastery. It still works in the same way.
Second Wind now heals you for 6/12% base health, down from 8/16%.
Fel Armor now causes your direct damage spells to have a chance to heal you for 4% of your base health, but no longer grants you passive health regeneration.
Blood Craze now regenerates 2% of your base health over 6 seconds, changed from 3. This effect is now doubled while enraged.
Death Wish now has a 1 second global cooldown, changed from 1.5.
Spiritual Focus now makes your next Holy spell a guaranteed critical strike, changed from only Holy Shock.
Celestial Focus now makes your next Nature spell instant, changed from only Entangling Roots.
Pending Restart: Fixed a bug where level difference was not taking into account when calculating melee hit chance.
Pending Restart: Fixed a bug where hit chance modifiers from Talents were giving double the amount of hit rating.

Fixed an issue where the buff from the Gladiator's Pursuit 4-piece set bonus wasn't always increasing Ranged Attack Power properly.
[Gladiator's Battlegear][4-piece set bonus]: Your melee abilities have a chance to give you Momentum, increasing your armor penetration by 2% for 12 seconds, stacking up to 10 times. This power slowly wanes, causing you to lose one stack every 4 seconds.
[Gladiator's Wildhide][4-piece set bonus]: Your damaging spells with a cast time increase your spell haste by 3% for 4 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
[Gladiator's Wartide][4-piece set bonus]: Increases your healing done by 8% to targets below 35% health.
[Gladiator's Vestments][4-piece set bonus]: For each second you do not attack an enemy you become increasingly Ravenous, making your next melee attack cause bonus damage, increasing with each stack.
[Gladiator's Regalia][4-piece set bonus]: Reduces the cast time of your next direct damage spell by 20%. This effect has a 15 seconds cooldown after being consumed.
[Gladiator's Refuge][4-piece set bonus]: Your periodic heals on allies below 35% health increases your healing power by 8% of your Spirit. This effect lasts for 15 seconds and can stack up to 3 times.
[Gladiator's Redemption][4-piece set bonus]: Your non-periodic critical heals increase your healing done by your next heal with a cast time by 8%. This effect can only occur once every 3 seconds.
[Gladiator's Raiment][4-piece set bonus]: Dealing periodic spell damage has a chance to deal Shadow damage to your target. If your mana is above 75%, this damage is doubled. If your mana is below 25% the damage is halved, but restores 4% of your base mana.
[Gladiator's Pursuit][4-piece set bonus]: Dealing physical damage on targets further than 25 yards away increases your attack power by 5% for 15 seconds. Dealing physical damage from closer than 10 yards increases your critical strike chance by 3% for 15 seconds.
[Gladiator's Felshroud][4-piece set bonus]: Falling below 35% health gives you a shield for 10 seconds. While the shield holds, your damage is increased by 8%. This effect can only occur once every 30 seconds.
[Gladiator's Earthshaker][4-piece set bonus]: Your melee attacks have a chance of restoring 5% base mana. This effect can only occur once every 3 seconds.
[Gladiator's Dreadgear][4-piece set bonus]: Increases the duration of your Fear effects by 0.75 seconds.
[Gladiator's Aegis][4-piece set bonus]: Your damaging spells with a cast time reduces the cast time of your next healing spell by 5%, stacking up to 5 times.
The Cenarion Raiment 8-piece set bonus now increases the healing of Tranqulity by 25% instead of reducing its cooldown by 25%.
Fixed an issue where the tooltip of the Rift Stalker 4-piece set bonus was incorrect.
Adjusted the stats on Season 2 PvP armor to make some underused pieces more desirable.
Slightly increased the DPS on Season 2 Arena weapons. They should now be slightly better than Season 1 Prestigious weapons.
Adjusted the value from PvP 2-piece set bonus to 25 Resilience, changed from 35.
Donjons et Raids
[Serpentshrine] [Lady Vashj] Enchanted Elemental now move to Lady Vashjs exact position before casting Surge. Previously they would only need to be within 3 yards of Lady Vashj.
[Serpentshrine] [Lady Vashj] Coilfang Elite will no longer cast Cleave.
[Serpentshrine] [Lady Vashj] Lady Vashj will now use all of her actions 5 seconds earlier into Phase 1 and Phase 3.
[Serpentshrine] [Leotheras the Blind] Dancing Demon Blades can now be looted. Each blade will drop a Dancing Demon Blade that lasts for 60 seconds. Dancing Demon Blade increases the users damage against his Inner Demons by 100%.
[Serpentshrine] [Leotheras the Blind] Dancing Demon Blades can now be selected and will now leave a corpse for 30 seconds after the start of the Demon Phase.
[Serpentshrine] [The Lurker Below] Coilfang Guardian will no longer cast Cleave.
Enchantements Mystiques
FIxed an issue where the visual effect of Freedom by Death sometimes didn't appear properly.
Fixed an issue where the cooldown of Astral Storm sometimes didn't function. It now always has its intended 30 second cooldown.
[New Legendary Enchant]: Astral Storm - Your Thunderstorm is transformed into Astral Storm, a single-target spell dealing Astral damage. This spell is castable while moving and benefits from modifiers to Thunderstorm. Astral Storm forcefully knocks players back. If cast on a player afflicted by your Unrelenting Storm it will knock their soul out of their body, forcing your target and yourself into an alternate dimension for 8 seconds.
[New Legendary Enchant]: Shadow Warp - If you know Shadowstep you learn a more advanced form of this magic: Shadow Warp. This spell envelops the caster in shadows for up to 0.5 seconds. While channeling, the caster is immune to any effects that would cause them to lose control of their actions. If struck by a direct damage attack while active, the shadows absorb the hit, harnessing the energy to Shadowstep to the attacker. This ability shares a 20 second cooldown with Shadowstep, Feral Charge, Intercept and Intervene and only works against players.
[New Legendary Enchant] Guerilla Trapper - Teaches you a Barbed Snare Trap, which can be deployed from a distance. This trap slows and applies a bleed effect to the target. Your Concussive Shot now also attaches a rope to the target, pulling it toward you after a 2 second delay. If you lure an enemy afflicted by your Concussive Shot into your Barbed Snare Trap they will be severely wounded, causing bonus damage and stunning them for 3 seconds.
[New Epic Enchant]: Combat Medic - Your Bandage healing ticks increase the healing the target receives from subsequent ticks by 10%. For a fully channeled 8 second bandage, this increases the total healing done by 35%.
[New Epic Enchant]: Flow of Life - Reduces the cooldown of Tranquility by 30% and makes your Tranquility increase the targets' healing received by your Nature periodic healing effects by 30% for 6 seconds.[New Epic Enchant]: Flow of Life - Reduces the cooldown of Tranquility by 30% and makes your Tranquility increase the targets' healing received by your Nature periodic healing effects by 30% for 6 seconds.
[New Epic Enchant]: High Winds - After your Cyclone effect ends, the targets damage and healing is reduced by 20% for 4 seconds.
[New Epic Enchant]: Freedom by Death - When you damage yourself with Shadow Word: Death while you're affected by a crowd control effect your damage and healing is increased by 20% for 6 seconds. In addition, the cooldown of Shadow Word: Death is reduced by 2 seconds.
[New Epic Enchant]: Totem of Petrification - Your Stoneclaw totem pulses with petrifying dust for 2 sec, slowing nearby enemies. On the last pulse it also petrifies enemies for 5 seconds. Petrification puts the target asleep, rendering it unable to act. Damage taken is reduced by 50% while petrified but breaks on any damage taken.
[New Epic Enchant]: Light of Justice - If you know Hammer of Justice you will now also learn Light of Justice, stunning the target for 5 seconds but making them take 50% less damage while active. This spell has a 1.5 sec cast time and 30 yard range. It benefits from modifiers to Hammer of Justice and can be made instant with the Surge of Light talent.
Hasty Tranquility now reduces the cooldown of Tranquility by 40 seconds, up from 24 seconds.
Improved Howl of Terror now increases the duration of Howl of Terror by 0.5 seconds, down from 1 second.
Holy Ascension now also increases the damage or healing of your next Holy Shock by 20%.
Divine Purpose stacks now get each stack dispelled individually, rather than all at once.
Whispers of the Old Gods tentacles no longer attack targets that aren't in combat.
Ward of Light now increases the damage of your Divine Storm by 10%, and also triggers from taking any spell damage, changed from taking critical spell damage.
