Fixed an issue where Instigator would not stack properly nor apply bonus damage versus players. [Pending restart]
Quêtes
Felforged Zone Invasion: quests now require level 70 and will line up with the same quests offered to Horde and Alliance. Happy Hunting.
Conquer Azeroth quests now require level 70 to reduce clutter and indicate the required difficulty.
Cleaned up pooling and quest requirements to reduce clutter on Legion's Lexicon.
TBC Demon's Contract quests will now award the proper experience.
Général
Removed the attunement for The Black Morass and The Escape from Durnholde on the Normal and Heroic difficulties.
Doubled Highrisk Loot Dropchance on Guldan.
Arena Frenzy has been changed. It now lasts for two hours and the reward system has been reworked. It's no longer based on total wins but now gives you a box of rewards for every 3rd win, and a valuable box of rewards for every 10th win, which has a chance to give you the previous mount and tabard reward plus some new gems.
Added four new Felforged Soul account rewards to Qormaladon.
Added three new Legion Crest account rewards to Azzazel.
[Gul'dan] Added back 1 day lockout timers to the 15 heroic dungeons. Instead, we are now doubling obtained loot inside the Heroic Dungeons. Ultimately we aim to prevent burn out from single item drops from bosses and prevent people from losing their minds from spamming all 15 heroic dungeons all day long.
Donjons et Raids
Temporary changed the target behaviour of T4 Raid Boss Cleaves to only hit the primary target.
[The Arcatraz] Reduced the melee damage dealt by Zereketh the Unbound on Heroic Difficulty.
[General] Corrected an issue where Normal Dungeons in TBC where to close in health and damage scaling to their Heroic Versions.

Fixed issue where some High Risk War in Shadowmoon/Netherstorm quests could not be turned in.
Général
Experience Potions, Aura of Experience, Race Change Potions, Experience Potion Grenades, Faction Change potions, RaF experience boost on Gul'dan will be disabled until all realm first level achievements are obtained. If you have casted an aura of experience, experience potion or have you used any of these consumeables, they will be in your mail.
Temporal Contracts will automatically reward the quest and remove the quest from log once used.
Fixed a bug where sometimes POI would stay visible on the map.

[Karazhan] [Romulo & Julianne] Reduced the weapon damage of Romulos Deadly Swathe to 70% down from 100%.
[Karazhan] [Moroes] The Energized! Buff granted by eating the correct food on the Moroes encounter now also increases all of the players stats by 30% for its duration.
[Karazhan] [Netherspite] Reduced the damage dealt of Nether Burn by 35% on Flex Normal difficulty.
[Karazhan] [Moroes] Moroes will now despawn on evade.
[Karazhan] [Nightbane] Increased the health of Restless Skeletons by 50% on all difficulties to compensate for them no longer being immune to most spell schools.
[Wildhammer] [Raids] Corrected an issue where Wildhammer did not have a raid balance aura active. Pending Restart: All T4 raid creatures deal 25% less damage and have 25% less health.
[Karazhan] [Prince Malchezaar] Increased the delay between Infernal spawns on all difficulties to 20 seconds up from 16 and 10 Seconds up from 8 on Phase 3.
[Karazhan] [Prince Malchezaar] Prince Malchezaar will now reschedule Doom on Phase 3, causing the first Doom to be casted 12 seconds into Phase 3.
[Karazhan] [Prince Malchezaar] Corrected an issue where Prince Malchezaar would keep casting Shadow Nova in Phase 3.

Fixed an issue where the Sunfire animation wasn't visible. [Requires update via launcher]

Realm First achievements are now shared, and visible to inspecting players, across all characters on the account within the realm. Additionally this grants all associated titles from the Realm First achievements.

[Karazhan] [Prince Malchezaar] Reduced the radius of Prince Malchezaars Doom (Line) area damage effect to 1 yard down from 2 to compensate a change in the logic of how the line is build.
[Karazhan] [Shade of Aran] Corrected an issue where Water Bolt of Conjured Elemental dealt more damage then intended on Flex Heroic difficulty.
[Karazhan] [Moroes] Corrected an issue where Garrote was ticking faster then intended on Ascended 10 player difficulty. Garrote will tick every 5 seconds down from 3 seconds as it did before the introduction of Ascended difficulty.
[Magtheridons Lair] [Magtheridon] Increased the Radius of Magtheridons Mortal Cleave to 15 yards up from 10 to match his hit radius.
[Magtheridons Lair] [Magtheridon] Corrected an issue where Magtheridon would fail to cast Conflagration.
[Gruuls Lair] [Gruul] Corrected an issue where Gruul would fail to Shatter all targets within his range.
[Gruuls Lair] [Gruul] Gruul will now evade when the encounter resets.
[Gruuls Lair] [Highking Maulgar] Corrected an issue where Krosh Firehand would fail to recast his Spell Shield.
[Karazhan] [Prince Malchezaar] Corrected an issue where Prince Malchezaar failed to build a line between himself and the Infernal target of his Doom ability.

Removed the Bloodstained debuff from Flex Normal raids (pending restart). - Added a new debuff in its place that is only visible to the person with the debuff. This debuff explains why you shouldn't wear pvp gear in a raid and explains the penalties in further raids.
Added Arena Frenzy to the Calendar. We will be adding more Ascension events to the Calendar overtime!
Increased baseline resilience on Area 52 and Wildhammer
Removed a 10% reduction to Absorb spells such as Power Word: Shield when used in arenas.
Tweaked healing done in Battlegrounds. Players whose Primary Stat is Spirit will now heal for 5% less than before, while players with any other Primary Stat will heal for 5% more.
Talents et Capacités
Fixed an issue where Dash ranks 2 and 3 sometimes did not work.

Increased the base healing of Idol of the Claw by 20%, but reduced its healing power coefficient by 40%.
Enchantements Mystiques
Deadly Sin is now deprecated and will no longer give any bonuses (merged into Sealed in Flames).
Demolishing Strike now deals 150% weapon damage, up from 130%.
Fingers of Death now also gains an additional charge if you have Stay Frosty Mystic Enchant.
Stay Frosty can now proc from all schools of Magic.
Sunfire now has a 8 yard radius, down from 15. In addition, the animation will now only show on the main target.
The spell power scaling of Twilight Torment has been reduced to 0.80, down from 0.85. The spell power scaling of Twilight Treason has been reduced to 0.36, down from 0.30
The Titanic Fury buff from Fury of the Titans Legendary Enchant now lasts for 10 seconds, down from 15.
Increased the proc chance of Ice Lance from Ice Barrage to 15%, up from 10%, and increase the passive proc chance bonus to Fingers of Frost to 5%, up from 2%.
Wild Wrath now increases the damage of your Wrath by 15% of your Ranged Attack power per stack, up from 10% per stack.
Flame On! now also increases the damage done by Fire Blast by 15% (5% to players) per stack.
The Crush damage from Heavyweight can now also trigger from auto-attack replacing attacks such as Heroic Strike, Cleave, and Raptor Strike.
Increased the critical strike chance granted by Words of Healing after gaining Borrowed Time to 20%, up from 15%.
Increased the cooldown reduction of Divine Illumination from your Smite and Holy Fire while using Prophet of Wrath to 6 seconds, up from 5 seconds.
Corrected the tooltip of Divine Purpose, it now states that it does 50% increased damage. In addition, Divine Purpose now reduces the cooldown of Penance by 2 seconds.
Increased the effects of Nature's Fervor. Mangle (Bear) now reduces the target's armor by 20% for 12 seconds, up from 8 seconds. Faerie Fire (Feral) now reduces your physical damage taken by 10% for 8 seconds, up from 8%. Lacerate's next application now has 100% increased threat, up from 50%.
Tidecaller's periodic Nature healing done from Tidecaller's Boon has been increased to 15% per stack, up from 10% per stack.
Controlled Typhoon now also increases the damage done by your Typhoon by 20%.
Fixed an issue with Undaunted causing it to reduce Last Stand to 5% max health, instead of the intended 10%. In addition, Undaunted no longer reduces the duration of Last Stand.
Fixed an issue where Festering Wound would not proc energy regeneration from off-hand mutilate criticals. Now both main-hand and off-hand crit can proc the energy regeneration (but not at the same time).
Fixed the tooltip of Swashbuckler Epic Mystic Enchants to clarify that you cannot use any items in offhand or ranged slot, except for Idols.
Spirit of the Forest still empowers your Rejuvenation, Wild Growth and Lifebloom for 20 seconds but no longer removes your Tree of Life when these 20 seconds end.
Sealed in Flames now increases the damage of your Seal of Righteousness by 5% and Hammer of Wrath by 10% (5% against players) on targets afflicted by your Holy Fire.
Holy Ascension now reduces the cooldown of Holy Fire by 3 seconds (from 2), and using Exorcism now increases your Holy damage done to the target for 15 seconds (from 10).
Fixed the tooltip of Weapon Command to state that the expertise does not work while in Cat or Bear Form.
