[Area 52] Adjusted the values of PvP Power and Resilience on all PvP items. This update primarily fixes outlier items, including the Season 4 items which had incorrect values. This also includes slight tweaks to make the PvP Power on weapons slightly more impactful (approx 30% higher) and to make PvP items stronger relative to Bloodforged items. The updated values will be visible after restart and cache clear.
