[Pending Restart] [Area 52] [Elune] Fixed an issue causing the Entangling Roots spell casted by certain Elemental pets to ignore line of sight and its cast time. It's cooldown has also been adjusted to match other root spells.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] - Razzashi Talon's damage now increases by 10% per your active bleed on the target (up to maximum of 100%). Up from 5%.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] - Bathe in Blood benefit is now doubled for Rogue bleed effects.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] - Master Assassin's bleed boost mechanic has been changed: Activating Shadow Dance now increases damage you deal with Rogue bleed effects.

[Pending Restart] [Area 52] [Evoker] - Evoker Stacks now decrease the cast time of your Frostbolt 4%. Up from 3%.
[Pending Restart] [Area 52] [Evoker] - Evoker Stacks now increase the damage of your Fireball and Arcane Missiles by 7%. Up from 6%.
[Pending Restart] [Area 52] [Saber Fangs] - Your Ferocious Bite now spreads 50% of its damage to nearby enemies. Up from 20%.

[Area 52][Pending restart] Applied some minor tweaks to PvP gear. Incorrect armor values were fixed. Guardian's Boots had their gem color changed to red. S4 rings and necks have received slight buffs and a few of their S3 counterparts which were severely over-statted were normalized.

Changements d'objets
[Area 52] Adjusted the values of PvP Power and Resilience on all PvP items. This update primarily fixes outlier items, including the Season 4 items which had incorrect values. This also includes slight tweaks to make the PvP Power on weapons slightly more impactful (approx 30% higher) and to make PvP items stronger relative to Bloodforged items. The updated values will be visible after restart and cache clear.
Talents & Compétences
[Pending Server Maintenance] Mace Specialization now increases your armor penetration by 3/6/9% and your melee attack power by 1/2/3%, changed from having a chance to trigger a stun. It will now be a 3 point talent, changed from a 5 point talent. (This change is coming soon due to technical issues.)
[Pending Restart] Stoneclaw Stun is now in the controlled stun diminishing return category, changed from random stun.
[Pending Restart] Lightning Overload Stun now stuns for 3.5 seconds, up from 2.5 seconds. It is now in the controlled stun diminishing return category, changed from random stun.
[Pending Restart] Impact now stuns for 3 seconds, up from 1.5 seconds. It is now in the controlled stun diminishing return category, changed from random stun.
[Pending Restart] Firestarter now increases the duration of Dragon's Breath by 0.33/0.66/1 sec, changed from 0.5/1/1.5 sec.

[Pending Restart] [Area 52] Fixed a bug where the recent Gunslinger's Strike change also reduced the damage of Raptor Strike in PvP combat.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] - With Hydra's Sting learnt Black Arrow will no longer re-trigger Serpent Sting, or Medicinal Sting if the target is already affected by the respective spells. This is to prevent it from overwriting previous applications.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] - Corrupted Maelstrom Weapon has been renamed to Rising Chaos to avoid potential confusion with Maelstrom Weapon or its interactions.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] - Static Shock can now trigger Booming Thunder.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] - Goldrinn's Fury now has a 2 minute cooldown, up from 1 minute. And its duration is now 20 seconds, down from 30 seconds. The cooldown reduction granted by Worgen form has been increased to 2 seconds upon dealing direct Shadow damage and a total of 5 seconds from Mind Flay hits.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] - Loose Circuit has been changed: It now grants a 20% chance per stack for your Static Shock to hit twice. (This is a change to the Static Shock proc chance increase it previously had, the secondary proc bypasses the Static Shock internal-cooldown.).

[Pending Restart] [Elune] - Consuming Pack Leader if you know Soul Link now grants 8% damage reduction against monsters. This is further increased with the Demonic Embrace talent.

[Elune] - Elemental Reaver now reduces the cooldown of Stormborn by 12 seconds upon casting a Shaman Shock, up from 5 seconds. And now grants Maelstrom Weapon a 4% damage increase per stack against monsters, this is increased to 12% while affected by Air Ascendancy. This replaces the previous Maelstrom Weapon damage amplification it had.
[Elune] - Stormforged Edge now has 12 stacks, and increases the damage of Stormstrike by 12% per stack. Down from 15 stacks, and up from 10% damage per stack.
[Elune] - Loose Circuit now increases the chance to trigger Static Shock by 4% per stack.
[Elune] - Hydra's Sting now makes Black Arrow apply Serpent Sting. It will apply rank 1 if no ranks are known, or your highest known rank if you know Serpent Sting. (The range rules for the Serpent Stings spells still apply when triggered.)
[Elune] - Arcane infusion now increases Arcane Shots damage dealt against monsters by 15%, and its chance to critically strike by 15%.
[Elune] - Bone Arrow no longer has stacks, the damage and scaling it had at 3 stacks has been merged into the base dot.
[Elune] [Shot Weaving] - Increased the attack power and spell power coefficient of Gunslingers Barrage by 15%.
