Empowered Rejuvenation has been reduced to 3 ranks and now provides 7/14/20% of your bonus healing effects to your Druid healing over time effects.

Serendipity now grants 5/10/15% reduced cast time of your Great Heal and Prayer of Healing spells per rank, up from 4/8/12%, and can now also be triggered by Smite.
Invigoration now grants 2% mana, up from 1%.
Bane now also reduces the mana cost of your Destruction Warlock spells by 4/7/10%.
Sniper Training now also affects Arcane Shot.
Judgement of Light no longer procs from melee special abilities but had its proc chance increased.
Seal of Light now scales with 8% attack power, down from 10%, and 12% spell power, up from 10%.
Deadly Brew will now only proc if the target is within a 20 yard range.
Nature's Swiftness now also provides 10% spell haste for 20 seconds after use.

Immolate direct damage scaling increased to 24%, up from 20%, and damage over time scaling per tick increased to 12%, up from 10%.

Mind Blast has had its scaling increased to 53%, up from 42.8%.
Swift Retribution now also grants 1/2/3% melee haste after using Crusader Strike. Stacks 2 times.
Improved Heroic Strike now also increases the damage of Heroic Strike by 5/10/15%, and reduces the rage cost by 2/4/6, up from 1/2/3.
Improved Cleave now also reduces the rage cost of Cleave by 2/4/6.

Unbridled Wrath has been reworked. It now has 2 ranks which generate 1/2 rage on Heroic Strike, Cleave and auto attacks, and has an increased proc chance.
Improved Expose Armor now also increases the duration of your Expose Armor effect by 25/50% and causes your attacks to ignore 2/4% of the targets armor.
Surprise Attacks now allows your Garrote to critically strike.
Seal of Righteousness scaling reduced to 0.85% attack power and 7.2% spell power, down from 1% and 8%, but now can critically strike for 150% damage and is affected by Holy Specialization. The critical chance is based on your spell crit.
Judgement of Command scaling increased to 14% attack power scaling and 15% spell power scaling, up from 8% and 13%.
Fixed an issue where Shadow Embrace would increase the damage of non-periodic Shadow spells.
Killer Instinct now also has a 33/66/100% chance when you deal damage with Mongoose Bite to allow the use of your Counterattack ability. This effect has a 10 second internal cooldown.
Improved Spirit Tap may now proc off any direct damage Shadow criticals.
Playing with Fire now also has a 33/66/100% chance to reduce the cooldown of your Combustion by 1 second when dealing direct Fire damage with Mage spells. This effect is doubled with critical strikes.
Ignite has had its tooltip corrected to reflect to proper bonus damage. The talent remains unchanged.
Taste for Blood has had its tooltip updated to reflect the internal cooldown changes from a previous update.
Darkness has been reworked. It now has 3 ranks which increase your Shadow damage by 1/2/3% and now also gives your Shadow Word: Pain and Mind Flay damage a 2/4/6% chance to reset the cooldown of your Mind Blast and cause your next Mind Blast to cost no mana and incur no cooldown.
Master of Subtlety is now removed upon unlearning the talent.
Overkill is now removed upon unlearning the talent.
Overkill is now properly removed 20 seconds after leaving stealth and also shows the duration after leaving stealth.
Aimed Shot now scales with 10% of your ranged attack power.
Evasion (rank 2) now grants 50% chance to be missed by ranged attacks, up from 25%. (Duration still 15 seconds).
Evasion (rank 1) now also grants a 50% chance to be missed by ranged attacks, but its duration has been reduced to 10 seconds, down from 15.
Soul Leech proc chance increased to 25/50/75%, up from from 10/20/30%.

Fixed a typo in Festering Wound.
Soul Leech has been reworked and now grants 3/4/5% additional chance to trigger the Soul Leech talent and also increases its healing percent by 2% at every rank.
Invigoration has had its tooltips updated and no longer stacks.
Healing Prayers now reduces the mana cost of your Prayer of Healing by 5/6%, down from 8/10%.
Hunter vs. Wild now increases your attack power by 3/4/5% of your Stamina, down from 4/5/6%.
Fel Concentration has been reworked and now reduces the channel/cast time of your Drain Life, Drain Mana, Drain Soul, Unstable Affliction, and Haunt by 3/4/5%.
Go for the Throat's tooltip has been updated to indicate it also procs from melee criticals.
Improved Steady Shot has been reworked and now increases the chance to trigger your Improved Steady Shot talent by 3/4/5% and also increases the damage of the effect by 2% at every rank.
Blooming Growth's tooltip has been updated to include the range of its effect.
