Spells no longer reset the auto attack swing timer.
Nerves of Steel now reduces the damage taken while affected by Stun and Fear effects by 5% per rank, up from 3%.
Astral Shift now grants 4% damage reduction while Stunned, Feared, or Silenced per rank, up from 3%.
Expose Weakness may now proc from Raptor Strike, Mongoose Bite, and Counterattack criticals.
Cobra Strikes may now trigger from Mongoose Bite, Raptor Strike, and Counterattack criticals.
Go for the Throat now procs from melee critical strikes.
Lava Flows now increases the critical strike damage bonus of your Lava Burst, Flame Shock, and Lava Lash by 8/16/25%, up from 6/12/24%, and when you cast Flame Shock you gain 2/4/6% spell and melee haste per rank for 12 seconds.
Reckoning now grants a 3% chance to proc the Reckoning effect per point, up from 2%, and also provides 1% parry per rank. May now also be procced when you avoid an attack and not only when you take direct damage.
Resourcefulness now reduces the cooldown of your traps and Black Arrow abilities by 4/7/10 seconds, up from 2/4/6.
Unyielding Faith now also reduces the cooldown of your Aura Mastery by 15 seconds per point.
Fel Concentration now also reduces the channel duration of your Drain Life, Drain Mana, and Drain Soul spells by 4/7/10%.
Setup may now proc from parried attacks.
Improved Barrage now grants 5% increased crit chance on Multi-Shot and Aimed Shot per rank, up from 4%, and also reduces the mana cost of your Multi-Shot and Aimed Shot by 10% per point.
Eye for an Eye now returns 7/15% of spell criticals you take, up from 5/10%.
Improved Blizzard now also reduces the mana cost of your Blizzard by 10% per rank.
Serrated Blades now in addition to granting 2% Arp per rank and increasing the damage of your Rupture by 10% per rank, now also grants a 4/7/10% chance on your melee attacks to allow the use of your Garrote out of stealth, but it does not trigger its silence effect.
Unfair Advantage may now proc off of parried attacks.
Purifying Power now reduces the mana cost of your Cleanse, Purify, Consecrate, **Exorcism**, and **Holy Wrath** spells by 15% per rank, up from 5%, and also increases the damage dealt by your Exorcism, Holy Wrath, and Consecrate abilities by 5% per rank.
Swipe (Bear) has had it's ap scaling ration increased to 6.3%, from 5.3%, and now generates 20% more threat.
Bestial Discipline now also increases the critical strike chance of your pet's next attack after using Intimidation by 25/50%.
Blessing of Sanctuary mana gain will now proc from all attacks as intended.
Judgements of the Pure has had its tooltip updated to indicate the correct amount of haste granted by its effect.

The Holy Radiance random enchant is now working as intended.
The Kindred Spirits random enchant now only stacks once.
Blaze Ward random enchant has had it's scaling increased.
The DoT effect from Harbinger of Flame now effects its targets correctly.
The recently released legendary REs Stormbringer, Deathbringer, Righteous Zealot, Spell Slinger, Frost Lich, and Harbinger of Flame now properly proc from ranged auto shots as intended.
The Phase Dodge random enchant once again scales properly and absorbs spell damage.
The Roaring Echoes random enchant has had its altar tooltip updated.
The Stormbringer random enchant should now proc its damage on creatures immune to snares and should now be removable by effects like Hand of Freedom.
Fixed a typo in the Timber Sentinels random enchant tooltip.
The Nature's Fervor should legendary random enchant should no longer stop working when shapeshifting out of Bear and Dire Bear form.
The Pyroclasm random enchant's tooltip has been updated to indicate it does not stack.
The Sudden Death random enchant should now retain the correct amount of rage after using Execute.

Starfall has had its range reduced to 20 yards, from 30 yards.
Fel Vitality now provides 15% Stamina and Intellect to your summoned demons per rank, down from 20%.

Earthliving Weapon's tooltip has been updated to indicate it's heal over time effect can only proc off of Shaman spells.
The first rank of the Eradication proc now states the proper amount of haste granted in the tooltip.

The newest pvp set bonuses have been corrected to provide resilience instead of stamina.

Tanks are now far less likely to be mindcontrolled by Nefarian.
Nefarian now has a static cooldown on his Dark Volley spell used during the first phase.

Over 20 new random enchants have been added to the game including legendaries!
Spells and abilities which affect Lava Lash will now also affect/be affected by the Molten Earth effect.
The Tidal Mastery random enchant has had its rank adjusted.
The Call of Thunder random enchant has had its rank adjusted.
The Burning Determination random enchant is now working as intended.
The Puncturing Wounds common random enchant now gives 2% Mutilate and 4% Backstab crit as intended.
The Master Tactician random enchant now properly provides an increased chance to proc your Master Tactician talent.
Random enchants which use internal cooldowns should now function as intended.
The Unrelenting Wrath legendary enchant now also increases the duration of your Bestial Wrath and The Beast Within by 2 seconds.
The Sacred Unity random enchant now also increases the duration of Beacon of Light on targets you heal with Holy Light by 2 seconds.
The Blaze Ward random enchant has had its base damage and scaling increased, it may now proc off of dodge, parry, block, and absorbs, and it's threat has been greatly increased.
Fiery Weapon, Lifestealing, and Unholy Weapon enchants and random enchants now scale with the player's spell power and attack power.
Slightly increased the scaling of the Mending Tide legendary RE.
The Endless Agony legendary random enchant now lasts 6 seconds, up from 5.
The Nature's Fervor legendary random enchant no longer increases the cooldown of your Faerie Fire (Feral) ability, but now lasts 3 seconds.
The debuff from the Baleful Hammer legendary random enchant no longer stacks.
The Festering Wound legendary random enchant now only provides 15 energy on Mutilate criticals, but now provides 3% bonus damage with your poisons per stack, up from 2%.
The Demonic Influence legendary random enchant now only grants 50% bonus damage to your summoned demons, but now keeps 5% of the bonus damage effect of Metamorphosis.
The Flame On! legendary random enchant has been reworked. Now reads: Your damaging Fireball, Scorch, and Flamestrike casts increases the critical strike chance of your Fire Blast ability by 33% for 8 sec, stacking up to 3 times. The range of your Fire Blast is also increased by 10 yards.
Weapon random enchants have had their tooltips updated and their ranks updated at the altar.

The Omen Clearcasting effect from Omen of Clarity should no longer be consumed on spell hit, but instead on spell cast, preventing situations where spells that were already traveling or being cast when you had the Clearcasting effect would consume both mana and the proc effect.

PTR: Improved creatures movement behaviour. Creatures will now spread across the target if multiple mobs are pulled. Also creatures will now move back if you are standing inside (or very close to) them.
