Rebalanced the chances for the different quality tiers of random enchants to appear on the reforge altar and on drops in the world. Reduced the chance for weapon specific random enchants to appear on weapons.

Recuperate has been disabled while we address a severe exploit.

Applied a potential fix for Vaelastrasz's Flame Breath target selection.

All Blackwing Lair bosses now drop Mystic Runes (The three drakes and Razorgore are a temporary exception).

Corrected an issue with the orb spawn rate in Vaelastrasz's 10 man difficulty.

Rolling a legendary Random Enchant on a piece of gear no longer causes that gear to become soulbound.

Ardent Defender is now working as stated in its tooltip.

Made slight changes to Sulfuron Harbinger's adds, they will now be leashed to Sulfuron instead of eachother. This makes the fight less cheesy/vulnerable to bugs, and vastly reduces the performance hit it used to have on the server.

Hakkar uses an additional Mind Control in 25 man.

Hakkar no longer uses aspects if a priest is dead.

Applied a temporary fix for the Blackrock Depths Dark Keeper Portrait, a permanent blizz-like fix will be coming soon.

Mandokir now resets his level up stacks on reset.

Corrected some issues with Mandokir's AI resetting.

Mystic Orb drop chances have been readjusted for Blackrock Depths in order to be more rewarding to players forming a group and completing the dungeon. (The average amount of orbs obtained for a complete run has remained the same.)

Increased the gold rewards from Looking for Dungeon completion at all levels, also the first completion of the day rewards a Mystic Orb.

Gear crafted by professions now can roll random enchants on it on creation.

The drop rate of Mystic Orbs have been readjusted in dungeons to make them more efficient to farm there.

When leaving Molten Core you will no longer be ported to BRD but instead back to the teleportation window.

Blade Twisting talent and random enchant now properly procs the dazed effect.

The Revitalize talent and random enchant now correctly grant Energy and Rage to affected targets.

Conflagrate now properly scales with your Immolate damage and duration.

Ignite may now proc off melee abilities which deal fire damage.

Updated the Spirit Bond tooltip to indicate that it works with any pet.

Updated the Bestial Wrath tooltip to indicate that it only works with tame pets.

The Ritual of Summoning is enabled inside of instances again on Andorhal.

Reduced damage over time scaling of Immolate.

Seal of Justice now has an internal cooldown.

The Clearcasting effect from Elemental Focus is now consumed on damaging Fire, Frost, or Nature spell as intended.

The Clearcasting effect from Arcane Concentration is now properly consumed after successfully casting a damage or healing spell.

The Sword and Board effect now grants the proper amount of bonus threat.

Creatures in the world will once again move more slowly when they are gravely damaged.

Caster mobs will no longer stand still awkwardly after being Silenced

Part of the Random Enchant overhaul is now live. This process will be completed soon and a full changelog update will be accompanied with it.

Two new PvP shoulder enchants are now available from the Horde and Alliance PvP Accessories Quartermasters.

A level 58 version of the Rune of Perfection trinket has been added to the Horde and Alliance Warsong rep vendors.

The maximum size of Battleground premades has been temporarily reduced to 3.

Losing battleground will now award 5 Mystic Fragments

Winning Battlegrounds will now award 1 Mystic Rune

Retuned all level 1-40 dungeons. They will be closer to their blizz-like values.

Previous raid content has been returned in accordance with the new RE changes. Bosses in ZG, MC, and Onyxia’s Lair have had their health and damage reduced.

Added Mystic Fragments to the loot tables of all high level Dungeon Bosses starting in Blackrock Depths.
