Fixed an issue where Model F00D-R3PA1R (Battleground Bot) did not provide items to players above level 61, this NPC will now provide consumables from 61 to 65 and from 65 to 70.

Cyclone Harness (4) Increases your physical damage done by 2% and your spell critical strike chance by 2%.
Cyclone Raiment items were reitemized, stats were shifted more towards crit to support itemization of current shaman-like specs.

Justicar Armor (4) Increases the damage dealt by your Shield of Righteousness by 15%.

T4 Sets and their itemization was slightly modernized (This is not a full comprehensive rework, this is more of a QoL, opening the sets up for more classless gameplay)
Netherblade (2) Increases your hit chance by 3%.
Enchantements Mystiques
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Hammerstorm could be procced without being affected by either Defensive Stance or Righteous Fury.

[Pending Restart] Added Badges of Justice to all higher Level TBC normal dungeon bosses (68+).
Astral Storm damage reduced by 10% in pvp combat.
Fireball damage increased by 10% in pvp combat.
Pyroblast damage increased by 5% in pvp combat.
[Requires Launcher Update] Significantly reduced the intensity, and duration of the reveal flash animation on draft cards when Auto Reveal is enabled.
[Pending Restart] Ambidextrous now gives 20% bonus off-hand damage versus players, changed from 30%.
[Pending Restart] Hypnosis now lasts 30 sec versus monsters. Fixed an issue where Hypnosis lasted 6 sec, instead of 8 sec versus players.
[Pending Restart] Fear Ward now has a 1 second global cooldown.
Focused burst damage reduced by 5% in pvp combat.

Talents et Capacités
[Pending Restart] Fear Ward now has a 2.5s duration, changed from 3. It now has a 0.5 sec delay before it can be used again. (The previous change of giving it a global cooldown has been reverted.)
[Pending patch] Clarified the tooltips of Deflection and Ghostlike Reflexes.
[Pending restart] Removed the PvP mod (-40%) of Improved Devouring Plague. This talent was redesigned without getting an update to its PvP mod, which this fixes.
[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where the Amplify Curse capstone effect dealt far less damage than intended. This change should increase its damage by 200%-500% depending on your gear/build.
[Draft] Fixed an issue where Healing Rain was costing a rare gem. It will now register as common. Keep in mind it may visually appear as Rare until a patch update, but will not take up rare gem slots.
Monde
Vendors that had a 12 hour respawn on certain items such as the recipes from the Enchanting vendor in Lower City now permanently sell their items with no respawn timer.
Enchantements Mystiques
[Harbinger of Flame] [Pending Restart] The damage over time effect from Flame Burst now scales from 4.57% of your spell power and attackpower per tick.
Fixed an issue where Natural Perfection could become permanent instead of lasting for the next 3 hits.
[Verdant Convergence] Now displays an error letting you know you cannot manually cast Insect Swarm while the enchant is active instead of saying you cannot do this right now. (pending server restart)
[Verdant Convergence] Clarified and improved tooltips. (Pending Spell Patch)
[Pending Restart] [Munitions Expert] [Sharpshooter] Fixed an issue where Quick-Draw and Armor Piercing buffs were affecting the cast speed of the Sharpshooter Mystic Enchantment.
[Thunder Slam] Fixed an issue where Lightning Blade and Thunderslam could be unlearned when switching weapons and removed from your action abr. (Pending server restart)
[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where Rare Worldforged Mystic Enchants would grant more power than the tooltip implied.

Lesser Profane Essence and Nether quests will now only appear if you have the items in your inventory as these items have been removed from the game. You can ssafely convert your Profanes into HR Scrolls or vendor them.
Arena Season 3 Boots have been improved to match Hyjal item levels and power.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Leader of the Pack and Rampage could not co-exist. They will now stay active, but only one aura will take effect. (This means you will still only gain 5% crit but you won't lose any of the buffs due to taking Leader of the Pack.)
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Sheath of Light was granting double its normal effects.
Donjons et Raids
[Pending Restart] [Karazhan] [Attumen and Midnight] Corrected an issue where Midnight had much less health then intended.
[Pending Restart] [Karazhan] [General] Improved FPS performance throughout Karazhan.
[Pending Restart] [Karazhan] [General] Corrected a number of issues among trash creatures including wrong spells being casted, not granting loot, bad links between creatures causing them to pull each other from across rooms when being attacked, missing paths.
Enchantements Mystiques
[Repentant Reconciliation] Increased the duration from 8 seconds to 9 seconds. This should allow fully channeling Penance with enough time left to maintain the buff.
[Wraith] Fixed an issue where Wraith could be removed from your bars when relogging.
[Serpent Form] Fixed an issue where Serpent Form spells could be removed from your bar when relogging. (pending server restart)
Winter's Mantle now increases the damage of your next Arctis versus players by 10%, changed from 20%. (With the recent stack increase to 8 the damage potential became too high in PvP.)
Gathering Will now increases the damage of your next Fuego versus players by 10%, changed from 20%. (With the recent stack increase to 8 the damage potential became too high in PvP.)
[Serpent Form] Fixed a spell rank issue with Venomous Fury, causing incorrect scaling and not learning the proper ranks at the proper levels. (will result in a buff while leveling, no change at end-game)

Fixed an issue where Kibler's Bits was giving far more strength than intended. It now grants 20 strength and stamina for 30 minutes.
Talents et Capacités
Charge now has a 250ms cooldown. This prevents being able to cast charge twice inside of the same charge eating up the 2 Charge system that was implemented recently.
Fixed an issue where Blast Wave, Typhoon and Thunderstorm were sharing a cooldown in some circumstances. They will now correctly no longer share a cooldown with each other.
[Missile Barrage] Fixed an issue where Arcane Orb's chance to trigger missile barrage could sometimes stop working. (Pending Restart)

[Munitions Expert] [Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where under certain circumstances you could have both buffs active at the same time.
[Dragon's Rage] Fixed an issue where when having more than 1 instance of this Mystic Enchant would not increase its effect. It will now increase Fire damage taken from the caster by 6/12/18% depending on the amount of Mystic Enchants slotted.
[Steward of Eternity] [Pending Restart] Eternity now has a 5 second internal cooldown. (This is to prevent instances where you could trigger Eternity instantly back to back and handicap the duration on the mana regen buff.)
[Pending Restart][Verdant Convergence] Fixed an issue this Mystic enchant would be removed upon entering instances (cities, pvp, pve instances)
[Pending Restart][Verdant Convergence] Dawn: Hitting a player with Sunburst will remove all stacks of Dawn and prevent its generation until the next Lunar Eclipse.
[Pending Restart][Verdant Convergence] New: Nature's Grace also increases your chance to trigger Lightning Overload by 20%.
Lesser Arcane Explosion and other Lesser Enchant Spells are now fixed by updating via the launcher. (You may need to click the cog wheel on launcher and clear cache if you still experience issues applying the enchant)
[Lucifur] Fixed an issue where Cataclysm would not grant 7 seconds of Devil's Claw if the buff was not currently active. It can now properly trigger the buff. (pending server restart)
Fixed an issue where Harsh Winds would cause Wind Rager's Hurricane Strike to heal the target. Hard Winds should only reduce the movement speed when channeling Hurricane.
