[Requires Launcher Update] [High-RIsk] Netherstorm is now shown as Tier 3, rather than Tier 2. This was a purely visual issue, the tier has not changed.
[Requires Launcher Update] Fixed and issue where equipment sets would fail to be saved server side, causing sets to reset when logging back in or changing maps.

Sticky Slime from Shattered Halls now reduces movement speed by 25% per stack from 30% per stack, making the maximum reduced movement speed 75% down from 90% (an increase of 250% in speed).
[Draft] Fixed an issue where Mind Control could be drafted. This spell is disabled. If you drafted Mind Control, it will have a very high chance to be picked as an unlearn in Hand of Fate and Card Swaps so you can remove it.
Added socket bonuses to Totem of Pulsing Earth, Everbloom Idol & Libram of Repentance
[Pending Restart] Healing done in Battlegrounds increased by 20% for Strength, Agility and Intellect Primary Stat.

Divine Storm now heals for 8% of the damage caused on up to 3 party or raid members down from 15%.
Penance has had its spell healing coefficient increased from 6.6% of your healing power to 10% of your healing power per penance tick. (This was missed when we increased all spell coefficients by 25% following the reduction in PvE power damage reduction, additionally it was struggling in healing numbers following a fix to penance casting incorrect ranks recently.)

[Champion of Justice] [Pending Restart] Champion of Justices damage to healing from melee abilities has been raised from 35% to 50% however it is now capped at 1500 healing added.
[Hammerstorm] [Pending Restart] Increased the duration of Hammerstorm from 4 to 6 seconds. And fixed an issue where it could stop functioning sometimes after loading screens.
[Champion of Justice] The triggered heal from melee abilities can no longer critically strike. (this heal can still effectively crit, whereas before the changes it had two chances to critically strike, once from the ability and once on the heal.)
[Pending Restart] The Thermal Void, Oracle of the Eclipse, Verdant Convergence, Ebon Dawn, Hammerstorm and Crusader's Judgement Worldforged Mystic Enchantments can now be found in the TBC world expansion. Tips were added for all of them in tooltips after the next server restart. Also Verdant Convergence was available momentarily in the wrong place and it's now in the intended acquisition method.

Improved Berserker Rage has been renamed to Raging Berserker. It now has an updated Capstone effect: Using Berserker Rage or Heroic Fury generates 50 rage and reduces the duration of any active Disarm effect by 50%. If used while below half health, your melee abilities are empowered for 5 seconds, causing them to drain life from your enemies.
The cooldown of Siegebreaker is now reset by Heroic Fury instead of being reset by Bloodbath.
Unending Fury now also increases the duration of the stun effect of Intercept by 0.33/0.66/1 second.
Bloodsurge now also triggers from Intercept.
Charge now has 2 charges instead of the current recast mechanic.
