[Templar] Sacred Oath now also removes 1 sec from the duration of Oathkeeper when you use Combo Breakers, but it now only increases damage from Combo Breakers by 5% down from 10%

[Pending Restart] [Elune] - Increased the base damage and scaling of Astral Storm by 40%. This is meant to counteract the unintended damage loss caused by the recent core merge.

[General] EVERY sound has received a QA pass. Sounds should be much more balanced and mixed properly into the game. If you previously turned your sound off because CoA was blowing your ear drums out, you may now turn the sound back on.
