[Necromancer] New Talent: Unrelenting Army to take the place of Unholy Command - reduces the cost of all Animate and Raise spells by 10/20%, also increases your haste by 2/4%.
[Necromancer] Unholy Commands previous effect was made baseline, reducing the cost of Unholy Command by 10, and its cooldown by 2.
