Additionally: Savage Defense can now properly absorb up to 50% of Fierce Blows as can other absorption effects that also follow the 50% absorption rule for fierce blows. Previously, it did not reduce the damage post tank-rework. Savage Defense absorb will now also be reduced via dampening.

Savage Defense now absorbs damage again, instead of reducing damage taken. This also fixes the issue where it would reduce less damage than intended. Savage Defense is now also correctly shown in the combat-log as an absorb.

[Pending Restart] Intimidating Shout now has a 40 sec cooldown, changed from 45, and the effect will no longer break from Rend damage.
[Malganis] Immolation Aura now deals 35% less damage to players, changed from 25%.

[League High Risk] These changes should allow for farming High-Risk consumables at a pace that matches the pace of content and lockouts during League, and encourage and reward High-Risk farming during League.

Fixed an issue where consuming Preservation from Prayer of Preservation would heal all allies near the target. It will now heal up to 5 allies near the target.

Primordial Fury is no longer locked behind Agility Allocation. We found a specific bug causing unintended rage generation, and fixed it. There will be further review of specific niches that are over performing with targeted changes to only affect those combinations.
Entering a captial city or starting area will no longer cause a loading screen.
