Fixed an issue where some quests would still grant Bloody Spoils of War. They will correctly will reward a callboard cache now.

[Nozdormu][Marks of Ascension Exchange] - Nozdormu has new trinkets in stock in exchange for Marks of Ascension. These trinkets are meant to be a beginner trinket and supply you with PvE power.

Fixed a visual error where Mastercraft Warlord's Belt Buckle indicated it gave +12 Strength. The correct amount is +16 Strength.

Nefarian now drops two Raid Caches up from one to encourage heroes to finish the raid.

[The Eye] [Void Reaver] Reduced the interval of Maintenance Modes periodic healing to 2 seconds down from 1 second, causing Void Reaver to restore a total of 10% of his maximum health per Maintenance, down from 20%.

[Knight of the Eclipse] - Fixed an issue where Solar Knight and Lunar Knight was not granting AP scaling to Wrath and Starfire.

Fixed an issue where Elemental Assassin had too high of a PvP mod not increasing the damage done by your shocks in PvP. It will now increase the damage of your shocks by up to 15% per stack in PvP.

[Tree of Wrath] It now requires Spirit Allocation to gain the bonus Nature Spell Power from Healing Spell Power. This change was necessary to ensure Tree of Wrath remains balanced and focusing on being a strong hybrid healer/dps.

[Dark Surgeon] Fixed an issue where Hippocratic Oath was not applying. You must re-equip the Legendary Enchant to activate the buff.

[Flamekeeper] - Increased the Attack Power scaling of Fireball and Pyroblast while using the Flamekeeper epic RE by 17.5% of its previous values.
