Fixed an issue where the mana gain from Rapture was incorrect.

Clarified the tooltip of Killer Instinct.
Brain Freeze now increases the damage of your Arcane Missiles and Frostbolt on targets affected by your Fireball by 4/8/12%, from 3/6/9%.
Fixed an issue where Wild Quiver sometimes wouldn't trigger as intended.

Fixed an issue where Thrill of the Hunt didn't work properly together with Multi-Shot.
Updated the Capstone of Improved Polymorph: The final rank of this talent now makes your Polymorph reduce the targets' damage and healing by 10% for 20 seconds. This effect is removed upon taking direct damage.
Polymorph now has a base cast time of 1.5 seconds, down from 1.8.
Hemorrhage now deal 175% weapon damage when used with Daggers, from 140%.
Surprise Attacks now also increases the damage of Ambush.
Backstab now deals 195% weapon damage, from 185%
Hot Streak no longer modifies the damage of Pyroblasts cast on players. It previously reduced the damage of Pyroblast by 10%.
Fixed an issue that could cause Seal of Vengeance not to proc off Paladin abilities.
Clarified the tooltip of Lethality to indicate that it increases critical strike damage bonus of non-periodic Rogue abilities.
Fixed a bug that caused Fade and Hand of Reckoning to put each other on cooldown.
Fixed an issue causing Savage Defense to be consumed if the target missed with an attack.
Corrected an issue where Shadow and Flame increased the coefficient of spells by a flat amount instead of a percentage. The base spell power scaling of the affected has been increased to compensate. These changes will result in a damage increase for players who used any of these spells but didn't have the talent, and a slight reduction for those who did.
Fixed an issue causing Malice talents to not properly grant spell crit chance.
New Capstone: With the final rank of the Revitalize talent, healing a target to full health with Healing Touch will restore 30% of its mana cost.

Fixed an issue where Jab Cross wasn't always increasing threat correctly.
Fixed an issue with Sword and Thunder. It will now consume the proc of Sword and Board and will be able to proc again without having to wait for the debuff to drop off.
New Moon now correctly only increases the duration of your own Moonfire.
Holy Radiance now also transfers overhealing, similar to how Beacon of Light works, instead of only working for effective healing. Tooltips have been updated accordingly.
Updated the secondary effect of The Bad Shepherd. It no longer applies Slow after breaking Polymorph with Arcane Blast, but instead applies a 2 second Stun effect when you break your Polymorph with any direct damage Mage spell.
Spirit Dash now has a 20 second internal cooldown, down from 30.
Updated Rush of Blood, it now increases the critical strike chance of your Hemorrhage by 7% and makes your Hemorrhage criticals allow your next Ambush to be useable out of stealth and costs 20 less energy.
The Sudden Death enchant now reduces the internal cooldown of Sudden Death by 1.5 seconds, from 1 second.
Fixed a bug where Inescapable Roots didn't prevent Entangling Roots from being removed by leaving shapeshift forms.
Fixed a typo in the tooltip of By Fire Be Purged.
Slow (Mass Slow) now properly targets enemies in a 20-yard radius around your target.
Fixed an issue where Vigor RE would sometimes stop working.
Changed to tooltip of Alembic to clarify that it doesn't trigger when being hit by spells.
Fixed an issue causing Grim Reach to not affect the Unbounded version of Drain Soul/Drain Life/Drain Mana.

The Exorcism proc from Purification By Light now correctly stuns undead and demons.
[New Rare Enchant]: Fragmented Glacier - Increases damage of your Mage Arcane and Fire spells while under the effect of Fingers of Frost by 5%.
[New Epic Enchant]: - Unstable Void: Your Backdraft no longer reduces cast time, but instead increases your critical strike chance with Destruction spells by 15%. Requires the final rank of the talent.
[New Legendary Enchant]: Overflow - Your Healing Touch now jumps to an additional nearby friendly target, healing them for 30% of the original amount. In addition, Healing Touch can now trigger Living Seed also on non-criticals.
[New Epic Enchant]: Dancing Flames - Using Fire Ward grants you Dancing Flames which reduces the cast time of Flamestrike by 100% and its mana cost by 50%. Lasts 10 sec.
[New Legendary Enchant]: Heavyweight - Dealing weapon damage with any Warrior attack reduces your attack speed by 5% but increases your physical damage by 2%, stacking up to 5 times. Normal auto-attacks reset this effect. If you reach five stacks, your next auto-attack will crush targets in front of you, dealing 125% unnormalized weapon damage. This damage is tripled and always crits against non-players, but can't crit against players.
[New Epic Enchant]: Master of Arms - Consuming your Strength of Arms buff will increase your Armor Penetration rating by 10% of your Strength for 12 seconds.
[New Epic Enchant]: Stay Frosty - Grants an extra charge to your Fingers of Frost. In addition, every direct damage Mage spell you cast will increase its proc chance by 2% until it triggers.
[New Rare Enchant]: Restorative Shadows - Your Shadow Bolt and Mind Blast casts now generate 10 energy. (This effect stacks up to three times.)
[New Epic Enchant]: Tides of Battle - When used above 90% energy, your Sinister Strikes increases your physical damage by 2% but drains 3% of your energy per second for 5 seconds. When used below 90% energy, your Sinister Strikes increase your energy generation by 15% but reduce your attack speed by 3% for 5 seconds. Both these effects stack up to 5 times, but can not be active at the same time.
[New Legendary Enchant]: Double Down - Your Sinister Strike now hits with both weapons, but no longer generates combo points. Does not work with Titan's Grip.
