Fankriss' Volatile Hatchlings' death effect will no longer select the targets it will hit before the missile lands.

Increased the range in which Sartura's Dancing Blades can travel, and increased the time before their default movement selects a new position. In addition, we gave these blades a minimum range from the boss. This will create an effect where the blades will get closer to their desired position, and will also make it so blades, while they will often pass through the melee circle, wont ever stop inside of it, reducing physical damage dealt to melee players while not affected ranged players all that much.

Skeram's 10/25 man Prophets Madness illusion health has been reduced from 20/45 health to 16/40 health.

Increased Skeram's enrage timer from 8 minutes to 9 minutes.

Reduced the physical attack of Skeram's illusions by 30%.
