Additionally: Savage Defense can now properly absorb up to 50% of Fierce Blows as can other absorption effects that also follow the 50% absorption rule for fierce blows. Previously, it did not reduce the damage post tank-rework. Savage Defense absorb will now also be reduced via dampening.
[Requires Launcher Update] The Hero Architect can now load a category ~5x faster and should feel smoother while doing so.
Savage Defense now absorbs damage again, instead of reducing damage taken. This also fixes the issue where it would reduce less damage than intended. Savage Defense is now also correctly shown in the combat-log as an absorb.

[Malganis] - Prestigious cache now rewards 8 Mystic Extracts up from 5.
[Malganis] - Improved the loot selections in choosing stat allocations when opening the Prestigious Cache. In addition to rewarding a global tier token, it should also reward gear more suited to the stat allocation you choose.

The functionality of the Volatile Mystic Enchanting Altar rewarded to you at 60 has been changed. This item now has 3 charges instead of a 6 hour duration, which allows you to experiment further with Mystic Enchanting.
Fixed an exploit with Eviscerates SP scaling when under the effects of slice and ice from the white walker LRE. Eviscerates damage will be less influenced by SP when used at less than 5 combo and damage will be unchanged for those who used it at 5 combo points.
[Pending Restart] Blood Venom no longer works while in Cat or Bear Form. (Attempting to balance this RE around being usable normal and feral forms, with the intended synergies will result in neither being competitive, and this change will allow us to focus our efforts on the gameplay it is intended to enable.)
Fixed an issue where a few Mystic Enchants were missing attributes in a way that could cause unintended behavior in-game. This resulted in a bug where Relentless could be exploited to be way more powerful than intended.

Effected items are the Mythic versions of the Wastewalker Shiv, The Stalkers Fangs, Terror Flame Dagger, Whispering Blade of Slaying, Hungering Spineripper, Vileblade of the Betrayer, Ceds Carver, The Night Blade. The weapon dps remains unchanged at 90.0.
