Dreadmist Regailia - A primarily based intellect caster set will now appear in the intellect category in the mythic+ loot box and intellect has been matched to its spirit. This means that those items who had greater spirit, now have equal (or greater) intellect than spirit and said items with equal spirit and intellect can appear in both the Spirit and Intellect category of the mythic+ lootbox.

Weapons with previously only spell power, hit, crit or haste or combination of these 4 stats without any main stat (Agility, Stamina, Intellect, Spirit) will now ALSO appear in the Intellect category of the mythic+ lootbox.

Mystic Enchants

[Pending Restart] Tweaks to Carnage Incarnate. The periodic damage of the Rend attack from Carnage Incarnate now has an attack power coefficient of 8% and generates more threat. It also has a chance to give a stack of Consume Blood when dealing damage to monsters. The duration of Consume Blood now lasts 30 seconds, from 15. The heal effect has been changed into a periodic effect that heals you every second for 3 seconds. It now has a 10 second internal cooldown and still only removes one stack of Consume Blood, making it consume fewer stacks overall.
