General
Fixed an issue where Arena Points were not flushing on Kil'Jaeden. We will flush on Kil'Jaeden again Wednesday to allow players to get back on track.

Fixed an issue where Greater Blessing of Might didn't receive the previous 20% increased attack power buff.
Stormstrike now deals 5% reduced damage to players.
Overpower now deals 10% reduced damage to players, from 5%.
Bloodthirst has a 55% attack power scaling, from 50%.
Increased the weapon-based damage of Ambush to 285%, from 275%
Increased the weapon-based damage of Backstab to 185%, from 175%
Increased the damage of Stormstrike to 115%, from 110%.
Increased the Weapon damage scaling of the Seal of Command proc by 5%.
Increased the damage of Garrote by 5%
Increased the damage of Rupture by 5%
Increased the damage of Counterattack by 5%.
Increased the damage of Mongose Bite by 5%
The Malice Capstone now gives 5 energy per tick, from 4.
Dungeons & Raids
Reduced the Armor of all mobs, bosses and dungeon npcs by 10%. (This change will help shift melee dps back into the meta and help immenesely with physical based tank threat)
Mystic Enchants
Weapon Expertise now grants 4 expertise up from 3.
Ferocious Inspiration now grants 5% Steady Shot damage from 3%. The Arcane Shot damage remains unchanged.
Master Tactician now grants 2% critical strike up from 1%.
Mortal Shots now increases critical strike damage of Hunter shots by 5% from 2%.
Blade Twisting now increases the damage of Sinister Strike by 3%, from 2%.
Sinister Flurry now has a 33% chance to proc, from 25%
Wild Quiver now adds 4% proc chance, from 2%.
Poleaxe Specialization now also increases your critical damage by 1%.
Added back the Mace Specialization Mystic Enchant. It gives 2% melee haste and 1% Armor Penetration while wielding maces.
Unending Fury now increases the damage of Slam by 3%, from 2%.
Counterpoise now gives 5% haste while above 50% rage, from 3%.
Improved Execute now additionally grants 3% damage to Execute.
Serated Blades now increases armor pen by 2% from 1%.
Improved Ambush now additionally grants 3% damage to ambush.
Improved Slice and Dice now increases the duration by 25% from 20%. In addition, it now increases bonus attack speed by 2%.
Aggression now increases damage by 3% from 2%.
Savage Strikes now increases damage by 4% from 3%.
Vigor now increases energy by 20 from 10.
Sinister Calling now increases damage by 4% from 3%.

Fixed an issue that would cause Random Battlegrounds to create a lot of small games rather than consolidating players into one Battleground

Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire (Feral) would not trigger procs (like Growing Rage).
Corrected an issue where endurance would sometimes not reduce the CDR of evasion.
Fixed an issue where the Amplify Curse capstone caused certain Paladin buffs to stack unintendedly.
Reduced the base damage and scaling of Instant Poison by 10%.
Instant Poison now deals 25% reduced damage to players, from 20%.
The bonus granted to Windfury Weapon by Elemental Weapons is now 15/30/45%, from 7/14/20%.
Deadly Poison now deals 20% reduced damage to players, from 5%.
Reduced the base damage and scaling of Deadly Poison is by 5%.
Windfury Weapon now deals 30% reduced damage to players, from 20%.
Windfury Weapon now deals 80% reduced damage when a Two-Handed weapon is equipped, from 70%.
Increased the threat of Avenger's Shield by 12%.
Increased the threat of Damage Shield by 15%.
Increased the threat of Holy Shield by 12%.
Increased the threat of Heroic Strike by 8%.
Increased the threat of Hammer of the Righteous by 10%.
Increased the threat of Shield Slam by 10%.

[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug where Growing Rage would not proc from Faerie Fire (Feral)
Corrected an issue where unbounded-mind-flay was not able to proc certain spells. This may cause some spontaneous behavior with the spell, if it does be sure to report it to the bugtracker.
Twisted Mind now removes Fel Armor.
