Casting Envenom now increases the chance for Instant Poison to trigger by 20%; from 25%.
The attack power scaling of Envenom has been reduced by approximately 20% The base damage of Envenom has been increased by approximately 20%. Combined this will result in an overall damage reduction, particularly for well-geared players.
Fixed a bug that caused Survival of the Fittest to be active outside of Bear Form.
Fixed an issue where Single Minded Fury off-hand hits would not proc effects.
Fixed the damage increase of Arcane Blast debuff to affect and be consumed by all Arcane spells.
Fixed the tooltip of Improved Healing to state that it only affects your own spells for consistency.
Fixed the tooltip of Deflection (Combat Rogue) to state the current 33/66/100% chance to reduce the cooldown of Ghostly Strike when using Riposte.

Item Changes
Reduced the proc chance of the Deep Thunder and Stormherald stun effects.
Added Warbringer Plate - a tier 4 set tailored for tanks who do not use a shield.
Updated the stats of several Tier 4 items. You may need to clear your cache to see the updated stats in-game.
Tweaked the 2-piece set bonus of Justicar Raiment to instead give Judgment of Light and Judgment of Wisdom a 20% increased chance to trigger.
Retuned the 2-piece set bonus of Cyclone Regalia to give a percentage increase to Flametounge Weapon rather than a flat value.
Fixed some tier 4 set bonus effects that were not functioning and corrected tooltip errors.

Fixed a bug that caused Quagmirran's Eye to not proc. The tooltip is also updated to state that it only procs from direct damage spells.
Fixed a bug that caused the Moonglade 2 set bonus to not work.
Mystic Enchants
NEW EPIC ENCHANT: Molten Mind - Replaces your Molten Armor with Molten Mind increasing the damage of healing or your spell criticals by 5% and and reducing the threat from your spell criticals, but increasing the mana cost of your spells by 5%. This can not be used together with other bar-changing abilities such as Stances or Forms.
NEW EPIC ENCHANT: Nimble Mind - Replaces Mage Armor with Nimble MInd, increasing your spell haste by 3% and reducing the mana cost of your spells by -10% but increasing your damage taken by 5%. This can not be used together with other bar-changing abilities such as Stances or Forms.
NEW EPIC ENCHANT: Twisted Mind - Replaces your Fel Armor with Twisted Mind, increasing your spell power by 0.5 per level and your spell hit chance by 3%, but reducing healing and absorb effects on you by 5%. This can not be used together with other bar-changing abilities such as Stances or Forms.
Added a 2% damage increase to the Improved Whirlwind RE.
Healing Garden now also procs from non-critical heals.
Fixed a bug where Battering Ram would cause unintended extra threat.
Fixed a bug that caused Explosive Shot to not trigger or be consumed by Fired Up.

Corrected an issue where Mana-Etched-Regalia had duplicate proc entries and would [NOT] proc from spell damage sources.

Murmur should now correctly switch targets when the tank is no longer in melee range.
Mystic Enchants
One With The Light (Divine Storm) will now trigger a heal from 25% of its damage dealt.
One With The Light (Divine Storm) now has a max target cap of 4.
One With The Light (Divine Storm) damage scaling increased by 20%.
One With The Light Will no longer deal base damage based off of 15% weapon damage. It now calculates the base damage off of a flat amount.
Fixed an Issue where One With The Light would fall off and the visual would be missing from all spells.
Fixed an Issue where One With The Light would fall off and would not work with crusader strike.
Corrected an issue where Blademaster (Shield Slam) would not increase block value.
Fixed an issue where Thunderstruck and 15 other random enchantments had a null effect applied to them. Preventing them from working on players' gear.
Fixed an issue where Precision was not granting the correct amount of hit (1%) and was not granting [ANY] spell hit chance.
Fixed an issue where Copious Power was not correctly increasing the amount healed or absorbed. (Previously 0%)
