Players will now gain around 20% more mp5 from Spirit at levels 1-60.

All currently available PvP sets should now have their 6 piece set bonus tooltip updated to reflect that they give Resilience and not Stamina.

Spirit of Azuregos will now proper give the player Magical Ledger when his gossip is completed.

Guards can now shoot again.

Players are now unable to gain or lose rep with the law for a few seconds after completing a duel.

Theramore NPCs are now friendly to pre-60 Alliance Outlaws.

Outlaws below level 60 can no longer be attacked in major cities.

Terenthis will no longer be stuck in an RP loop and is now able to once again speak to players.

Ravenholdt - Scroll of Mass Dispel cost changed to a 2g cost and level 30 requirement but you can only carry 3 at a time. The horde and alliance pvp vendors now sell them as well.

Spirit healers in battlegrounds can now resurrect players that were filled cross-faction

Killing a player shortly after a duel no longer triggers rep loss/gain with The Law

Ravenholdt - Raid items will no longer drop from mobs in the world. (They will be reintroduced at a higher level cap)
