[All] Trying out a fix that should retroactively solve issues with specs being bricked due to having the wrong thing learned and being unable to swap (this should also get rid of abilities that you should not have)
[UI] Made it so that opening the character advancement UI ALWAYS shows the spec selection overlay if you don't already have a primary spec, regardless of your level
