[Witch Doctor] Mark of Quetz'lun no longer triggers on the target from Batscreech Blast if you do not have Hex of Quetz'lun up.
[Witch Doctor] Devotion of Hir'eek now has a chance to reset the cooldown of Juju Burst instead of Hex of Death.
[Witch Doctor] Agonizing Hexes now also allows Voodoo Puddle to crit.
[Witch Doctor] Hex of Night is now properly a periodic effect instead of periodically triggering a different spell that deals direct damage.
[Witch Doctor] Gift of the Loa now properly consumes Totem of Hir'eek stacks.
[General] Nozdormu will no longer sell RE unlock items.
[General] Incarnations are no longer on the Ethereal Bazaar.

[Ranger] Skullpiercer Shot now uses ranged weapon damage and percentage weapon damage. AP scaling reduced by 12%. Archery scaling reduced by 10%.
