Heirlooms can now be purchased from Chromie for Prestige Tokens. They cost between 400 and 1200 Prestige Tokens. 1h Weapons are 600 and 2h Weapons are 1000.
Buffed Marks of Ascension from Open World Quests. They now give 25 Marks of Ascension at level 1 and scale up 10 every 10 levels.

[Runemaster] Issue where Atomic Split would teach you "Orb Visual" as a pet has been fixed.
[Witch Hunter] Issue where Vampiric Tonic would miss when your attacks would hit has been fixed.
[Venomancer] Issues with Chitinous Form tooltip have been fixed.
[Tinker] Fixed an issue where Deathball would miss.
[Ranger] Flank no longer requires mana, and will now consume Energy instead.
[Thrall and Area52] The healing from the "Adorned" Effect from Champion of justice has been reduced by 10% in Battlegrounds and Open World pvp.
[Thrall] Bloodbath damage has been reduced by 25% against players (The recent Buff made the spell too strong in pvp).
[Pending Restart] - Corrected the tag of Heroic Raid, Mythic Raid, Ascended Raid Items. They will now always correspond to "Difficulty Raid" tag. This helps alleviate confusion where some items from Mythic Raids were called Mythic Raid items and Mythic Raid Tier Tokens were only called Mythic.
[Pending Restart] - Signets of the Zandalar (Quest) that rewards Shoulder Enchants: 18 spell power or 30 attack power (in classic) will now decrease in cost whenever Blackwing Lair releases and it will require 10 honor tokens, down from 15 honor tokens.
[Area-52] - [Thrall] - [Pending Restart] - Horizontal Tier Token is available for all tiers currently available! This vendor allows you to purchase tier tokens for items that you've already acquired. Example: If I purchase an Arcanist Helm (heroic) I can now buy Heroic Tier Tokens for the Helm Slot in that tier. This allows those who are playing multiple specializations, adapting builds for upcoming changes or just want to try out something new is no longer limited by their tier choice. The current price is 100g per tier and a 50% increase in cost per difficulty. This means that Tier 1 Token (Normal) costs 100g. Tier 2 Token (Normal) costs 200g. Tier 1 Token (Mythic) costs 200g. Tier 2 Token (Mythic) costs 400g, Tier 2 Token (Ascended) costs 500g. You can access this vendor via the "Tier X" option where you exchange your tier tokens.

[Pending Restart] Sweeping Strikes has been reworked, it used to read : Your next 10 melee attacks and Warrior abilities strike an additional nearby opponent. While active, your attacks can not be blocked. 15 second duration. It now reads While active, casting a melee ability that deals damage will cause a Sweeping Strike, dealing 40% weapon damage to 5 nearby enemies, further increased by attack power. This effect no longer causes a 20% damage penalty. This changelog was posted previously but wasn't posted correctly.

Fixed an issue where Desolate Wind Bolt was castable while Elemental Destruction was active. The intended behavior is that you can only transform the same spell once.
Updated the tooltip for Bountiful Wrath to make it more clear that it quadrupled the base attributes. No mechanics were changed.
[Pending Restart] Mark of the Beast no longer reduces the energy cost of Shred and Claw by 3 per stack.
[Pending Restart] Devil's claw now reduces the energy cost of Shred and Claw by 15, this effect used to be on Mark of the Beast.
[Pending Restart] Sweeping Swings Mystic Enchantment has been reworked, its effect has been moved to Sweeping Strikes. It now reads Your Sweeping strikes can now hit your primary target. In addition when you successfully hit an enemy with a melee ability the cooldown of Sweeping Strikes is reduced by 1 second. While Sweeping Strikes is active you gain 5% melee critical Strike chance. This effect can only occur once every second. This changelog was posted previously but wasn't posted correctly.
