[Pending Restart] Envenomed now properly increases the damage of your poisons instead of adding another small poison damage hit.

[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where a recent change to Freezing Blood allowed the proc to trigger other proc effects. This generalized behavior of procs triggering procs is unintended unless stated otherwise.
