Adorned by Light is now the caster spirit main stat healer Mystic Enchantment. This comes with the removal of the hybrid healer mechanics and a Quality of life pass and mechanic change to the existing caster healer mechanics.
Champion of Justice is now the melee healer Mystic Enchantment, this comes with the removal of the hard casting healing mechanics and the addition of some specific melee healer mechanics in their stead.
Champion of Justice has been split into 2 seperate Mystic Enchantments. This allows us to balance its 2 playstyles seperately rather than the playstyles coming at odds with each other.
Hydricles can now trigger Cryotherapist. (This can trigger multiple instances of Cryotherapists healing through damage effect.)
The Icy Spirit heal triggered from Icy Penance now has a 40 yard range, up from 10.
The Icy Spirit heal triggered from Icy Penance now prioritizes the 5 most injured nearby allies.
The scaling of Icy Spirit heal triggered from Icy Penance has been increased from 4% to 10%
Spirit Frost stacks now reduce the mana cost of Greater Heal, Flash Heal and Prayer of Healing by 10% per stack.
Fixed an issue where Beacon of Shadow was doing Holy healing instead of Shadow healing.
Fixed an issue where Vampire Lords and Cryotherapists healing done through damage could not benefit from generic healing increases such as Spiritual Mending. (passive 1H spirit weapon bonus)
Fixed an issue where Vampire Lords and Cryotherapists healing done through damage could not trigger Touched by the Lights increased direct healing effect on yourself. (This means you can now trigger this effect on your tank.)
Fixed an issue where Vampire Lord and Cryotherapists healing done through damage could not trigger Spiritual Attunements mana restore effect.
Fixed an issue where Vampire Lord and Cryotherapists healing done through damage was not being affected by healing taken modifiers.

Range increasing talents such as Grim Reach now increase the range of instant cast as well as spells with a cast-time. They previously only affected spells with a cast time.
General Update - Overhauled the tooltips of many talents like Earth and Moon, Improved Moonkin Form, Playing With Fire, Celestial Bane, etc. To a new standardized format. More talents will be improved to this new format to improve readability and user-friendly understanding of the talent.
Improved Insect Swarm is now called Celestial Bane and has a new icon to match it. It no longer increases the damage of Insect Swarm directly. The base damage of Insect Swarm and scaling has been increased by 12% resulting in a buff with and without the talent.
Overhauled the Inspect UI. You can now view other player's current mystic enchants.
Heirlooms have been consolidated into just 1 version. There is now only prestigious heirlooms. All heirlooms have been upgraded to this version.
Adjusted item levels of items on Mythic, Heroic and Ascended difficulties to more closely round its item level to the amount of power gained. This will result in the changed item level of some items in these difficulties.
Fixed an issue where Bloodforged Gear was soublound after the update.
All of these apply to default nameplates and elvui nameplates
You can set nameplates to fade out based on the targets distance from your character.
Targets that you don't have line of sight with will now fade out their nameplate. This is configurable in interface settings. Your target will still cause all other nameplates to be faded out
Nameplates now layer based on your characters distance from the target. Nameplates for targets closer to your character will always show on top of others. Your target will still always be on top.
As a result of the Trial UI Overhaul: Introduced a new hyperlink feature on trial descriptions, clicking objectives will now take you directly to AscesnsionDB for more information on it.
Every trial with a level completion requirement will now lock your level until the objective is completed. (You cannot out level your trial objective and fail anymore)
Changelog Clarification: Previously above we mention that all dungeons scale, but to clarify it even further: All dungeons scale from levels 15 to 59. You can queue at level 15 to 59 and get into Scholomance Lower as an example for big juicy boss exp. This also means you are no longer 3x more likely to get Wailing Caverns while levelling compared to other dungeons. Your dungeon options while levelling are vastly increased and you can get the gear you know and love for the level you currently are.
Buffing your party member will ALSO buff your party members.
This means you can still buff people and friends you find in the open world.
All Buffs that casted on allies will now simultaneously buff your party, essentially making them an AoE buff available at low levels with the intent to save you from carpal tunnel and boredom.
All Paladin Buffs are no longer spell grouped limiting you to only choosing one to apply per person. You can apply multiple Paladin Buffs. This just simply wasn’t needed as you could just pick other things that had the exact same effect like Battle Shout for Blessing of Might.
Curse of the Elements can now be used in Shapeshift Forms. Demon Skin and Demon Armor can now be applied in Shapeshift Forms.
Dual Wield Specialization no longer has the capstone of: "Your off-hand attacks deal full damage.". Instead, the off-hand damage increase is now ranked and now states exactly what it does, increasing the damage of your Off-Hand attacks by 7/14/20/26/33%. This was just flipped, the previous hit or crit are now on the capstone.
Searing Totem no longer has a cooldown in any content but 1v1 content, because it doesn’t make sense to nerf a base ability for an issue that is only happening in 1v1 arena.
Windfury Weapon can now trigger During Bladestorm and Killing Spree and your other attacks during the duration of Killing Spree and Bladestorm can also trigger Windfury Weapon, previously during the duration of Both Killing Spree and Bladestorm you could not trigger Windfury Weapon with ANY attack. But it now deals 50% reduced damage to players during Killing Spree and Bladestorm (This will be monitored, but it previously could not trigger during these abilities, still making this a really big buff)
Windfury Weapon no longer deals reduced damage with Two-Handed Weapons. Since Titan's Grip already reduced all damage dealt with a slower swing time, this redundancy probably wasn't needed.
The ICD reduction from Wind Rager is now gone as it is just baked into the original ability, where it belonged in the first place, because Legendary enchants shouldn’t be a pre-requisite to having strong abilities you can use.
Windfury Weapon now has an internal cooldown of 2 seconds, from 3.5.
The capstone bonus from Iron Will has been made baseline. Mocking Blow now grants its damage reduction baseline when simply wielding a singular weapon.
Tactical Mastery now increases the damage of Devastate with a 2-handed weapon by 8/16/25%.
Devastate now deals 80% of the total damage when wielding a 2-handed weapon, because of it no longer having a requirement. This power has been baked into Tactical Mastery for 2-Handed Tanks.
Devastate no longer requires any stance to use.
Devastate now scales from all things that Sunder Armor did.
Sunder Armor has been removed, because it is just a worse devastate..
Sanctity of Battle now increases the damage of Hammer of Wrath against monsters by 35% from 75% and no longer increases damage against players. The power was baked in baseline; the base damage and scaling of Hammer of Wrath by 40%~.
Icy Penance will no longer remove Frozen Light if the Frozen Light target is out of range for healing. This is a bug fix.
Thunder Slam is now usable when silenced. Why was it ever not?
A new Heirloom wand has been added. This wand has the 3% EXP bonus and offers a ranged slot option for casters and healers. Now you don’t have to be a caster using a silly bow.
[Blood and Guts] Doubled the damage and scaling of Disembowel and increased its duration by 1.5 seconds. This means it gets an additional tick.
[Blood and Guts] Reduced damage and scaling of Executing Disembowel by 20%.
[Harbinger of Pestilence] New mechanic: Your Wrath has a 20% chance to trigger Nightfall talent (if known).
[Knight of the Eclipse] Lunar and Solar Knight buffs now also increase damage of Starsurge in both Eclipse phases.
[Verdant Convergence] Nature’s Grace now also increases damage of your Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning by 25%.
[Verdant Convergence] Increased duration of Earthpulse Agony by 2 seconds.
[Verdant Convergence] Increased base damage and scaling of Earthpulse Agony by 20%.
Fixed a bug where multiple Insect Swarm / Moonfire like auras from same caster (Moonfire + Sunfire etc.) on target would multiply the Improved Insect Swarm (talents and random enchants) school damage increasing bonuses. This will now properly grant the bonus once, no matter how many of such auras are on the target.
Fixed a bug where the damage of Improved Moonfire Capstone proc would not scale.
New Moon Epic Enchant properly extends the duration of any Moonfire-like aura.
Improved Insect Swarm damage increase now works with any Moonfire-like aura.
Improved Moonfire Capstone is now able to trigger with any Moonfire-like aura on the target.
Increased duration of Tiger’s Fury to 8 seconds. Up from 6.
Primal Gore now increases the damage of Lacerate,Rip and Rake by 5/10/15%.
Reduced the cooldown of Berserk to 90 seconds. Down from 120 seconds.
Primal Precision now has a capstone: With the final rank of this talent, your Cat Form finishers reduce the cooldown of Berserk by 3 sec. and Tiger's Fury by 2 sec.
Primal Precision now increases your energy regeneration rate by 10/20%. Up from 4/8%.
King of the Jungle talent now increases your energy over time instead of all at once when casting Tiger’s Fury.
These feral changes are follow ups to changes that happened during Season 8.
Improved Glaive Toss and Surefooted has swapped places in the Survival Hunter talent tree, Improved Glaive Toss is now available at level 15, and Surefooted is available at level 40.
The level requirement of Glaive Toss has been lowered to 14.
The level requirement of Whirlwind has been lowered to 14.
