[Pending Patch Update] - Fixed an issue where you could not hyperlink achievements.
[Requires Launcher Update] Added [@player] / [target=player] macro conditions. This will cause ground targeted spells (for example: Blizzard) to be cast at your position.

[Draft] Significantly increased the chance to see Slice and Dice in Drafts and HoF if you know a combo generating ability. This will ensure you can more reliably obtain Slice and Dice even if you don't pick it at level 1.

Kerg Pebblecuter has made his way into the Aldor and Scryer banks in Shattrath City, and the Orgrimmar and Stormwind Auction House, and offers daily crafting quests!

[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where the recent buff giving Lava Lash 60% (instead of 50%) increased main target when using Flametongue Weapon was not active.

Fixed an issue where Hoplite not only removed the Defensive Stance damage penalty but also increased your overall damage.
[Pending Restart] Renamed "Enslaved Demon" (Blizzlike) spell to "Temporary Enslaved Demon" to avoid confusion with Ascension's "Enslaved Demon" (tame demon), and all of its connected talents and enchants.

Changelog correction: Firestarter increasing instant Flamestrike damage versus players by 30% had already been live for months due to a previous merge issue. (If it is overperforming it will be reduced again.)

Tidal Shield now heals for 20% more in 2v2 and 3v3 arena, changed from 10%.

Primordial Fury now deals 30% reduced damage versus players, changed from 40%.
The Templar of Flame Judgement of Fervor now deals 20% reduced damage versus players, changed from 30%.
The Templar of Flame Seal of Fervor now deals 25% reduced damage versus players, changed from 30%.
Firestarter now increases the instant damage of Flamestrike by 30% versus players, changed from 10%.
Envenom now deals 15% reduced damage versus players, changed from 10%.
Divine Storm (One with the Light) now deals 15% reduced damage versus players, changed from 10%.
Crusader Strike (One with the Light) now deals 5% reduced damage versus players, changed from no reduction.
Fixed an issue where the mana gained from using Pyroblast, Fire Blast or Flame Shock after using Lava Sweep was not benefitting from its level scaling. It now replenishes roughly 15% more base mana at level 60 and 80% more base mana at level 70.
Lava Sweep main target damage is now increased by 60% when using Flametongue Weapon, changed from 50%.
When Totem Master: Fire is active, Searing and Magma Totem now has a 10 sec cooldown. (With increased health of the totems, there was no great counterplay to killing them as a new totem could always be placed right after.)
Holy Ascension now increases the damage of Smite versus players by 25%, changed from 20%. It now increases the damage of Holy Shock by 20% versus players as well.
Savage Defense now has an 8 sec cooldown when triggered versus players. (While Savage Defense and Bears should be strong versus melee players it could reduce overall damage by too much.)
Battle Fervor now also removes the global cooldown of Battle Shout.
Warcry now grants you a separate spell if you know Battle Shout, that grants the critical strike effect. (To make it less annoying when you just want to use your normal Battle Shout).
Improved Slam is now a 2 point talent, changed from 3. It now grants 10/20% increased Slam damage and 0.5/1 sec cast time reduction to Slam.
Charge recast timer is now 4 sec, changed from 5 sec.
Voidwalker Sacrifice now uses 30% health, changed from 25%.
Pets now take 20% reduced area of effect damage versus players.
Mind over Matter now requires Mana-forged Barrier is active. (This RE would grant chance to be missed in PvP which was a frustrating kind of randomness to face and could in some cases be used to circumvent mechanics in PvE. Tying it to MFB allows us to keep it powerful for its intended usage.)
Bad Shepherd stun is now on controlled stun DR, changed from random stun DR.
Significantly increased the threat of Mana-Forged Barrier tanks. Depending on talents and spells used, threat generation will be increased by approximately 50-75%. (The threat modifier currently live is even higher than that intended amount, which will be fixed on next restart.)

[Pending Patch Update] - Fixed an issue where the Mystic Enchant Echoing Power was not available.
[Pending Patch Update] - Fixed an issue where Arena Frenzy would say it was active in the Arena UI despite not being active.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Fingers of Death still reduced the damage of your Ice Lance versus players.

Reverted a change that added level requirements to some items that previously did not have one. This change has been postponed to avoid interrupting gameplay practices that players have invested into. (Pending Restart)

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Forbidden Technique could fail on targets that just used Stealth even when it dealt its damage.
Quests
Keeping Evil at Bay: Twilight Ridge now requires 5 Deathshadow Overlords insead of 6, to match the amount spawned in at any given time.
Reduced the kill requirement from Eclipsion Fields related quests where Crazed Colossus are involved from 6 to 5, to match the limit of how many are spawned at any given time.

Chromie was sad being stuck in personal banks and other objects and will no longer allow summoning gameobjects on top of her. (Pending Restart)
Talents & Abilities
[Pending restart] The duration of Invocation is no longer reduced by spell haste. That means that this defensive cooldown no longer unintuitively gets weaker by getting haste.
Item Changes
The crafting and gathering speed increase from Profession Hats will persist for 30 minutes after removing the Hat. Only one of these increases can be active at a time. This will allow the Gathering Hats hats to be used more effectively without losing the stats and mystic enchants from not having a helmet equipped. (Pending Restart. Pending Patch to see the timed buff).

[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Frenzy Shot could be rolled without a pet.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Soul Fire in Draft Mode would require a soul shard generator to be rolled. Soul Fire on Ascension does not require Soul Shards to be cast.

Fixed an issue where Mass Entanglement could end early.
World
[Pending Restart] Target dummies will be able to dodge/parry your attacks like a normal creature does.
Mystic Enchants
Fixed an issue where Ward of Light could trigger from physical damage over time effects.
Fixed an issue where you were able to get the buff from the Mystic Enchant Light of Dawn if you knew Infusion of Light without having the Mystic Enchant equipped.
[Pending Restart] Envenomed now properly increases the damage of your poisons instead of adding another small poison damage hit.

[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where a recent change to Freezing Blood allowed the proc to trigger other proc effects. This generalized behavior of procs triggering procs is unintended unless stated otherwise. [Pending Patch Update] - [Hoplite] - Thrust now has a darker and more opaque background to prevent it looking seethrough on your action bars.

Fixed the tooltip of Holy Concentration to correctly state that it extends the duration of your Renew on all nearby targets when triggered, not only the target getting healed.
Item Changes
Fixed a bug where Prestigious Flying Tomes were usable before the baseline Flying Training became available. Flying tomes will now require the same level to use as Flying Training requires to learn.

[Pending Patch Update] - Corrected the tooltip of Crimson Champion to state that it teaches you Holy Shield (Crimson Champion) rather than replacing your known Holy Shield.

Fixed an issue where Howl of Winter could trigger from more spells than intended.
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Sniper Training had some unintended changes. It will be reverted to its previous state.
Fixed a bug where Endless Void was reducing the Shadowfiend mana gain by 50%, instead of 35%.
Endless Void no longer reduces the damage done by Shadowfiend.
Hasty Shadowfiend now reduces the cooldown of Shadowfiend by 10 sec, changed from 15.
Veiled Shadows is now a 2 point talent, changed from 3. The strength of the effects of the previous rank 3 talent is now on rank 2.
Shadowfiend now has a 2.5 min cooldown, changed from 3 min.
Ice Lash now deals 20% reduced damage versus players, changed from 30%.
Riposte now deals 5% increased damage versus players. It previously had no PvP modifier.
Ghostly Strike now deals 10% increased damage versus players, changed from 5%.
While Brain Freeze is active Fireball no longer deals 20% reduced damage versus players.
Abolish Curse now lasts for 9 seconds, up from 8. It no longer removes a curse instantly and intervals are now 3 seconds up from 2.
Abolish Poison now lasts for 9 seconds, up from 8. It no longer removes a poison instantly and intervals are now 3 seconds up from 2.
Abolish Disease now lasts for 9 seconds, up from 8. It no longer removes a disease instantly and intervals are now 3 seconds up from 2.
Increased the base damage of Water Elemental Waterbolt by 20% for level 60 and increased the base damage by 70% for level 70. Spell power scaling remains the same. Overall this change is approximately a buff of Water Elementals Water Bolt damage by 30% for level 70, and 10% for level 60. (Water Elemental damage did had very low level damage scaling above level 60.)
Dominant Word: Shield now absorbs 35% less during Crows Rage, changed from 25%.
Bad Shepherd has been changed and now reads: Your Polymorph reduces the targets damage and healing by 10% for 20 seconds. This effect is removed upon taking direct damage. In addition, breaking Polymorph with a direct damage Mage spell stuns the target for 1.5 seconds.
Mystic Enchants
Fixed an issue where Holy Shield could not be used with the Crimson Champion Mystic Enchantment.
Fixed an issue where Shadow Strikes would sometimes stop functioning.
[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where One with the Light did not deal its bonus damage against targets with an absorb shield active.
Fixed an issue where the Epic Mystic Enchant Predatory Nature did not work with Predator's Wrath Legendary Mystic Enchant.
