[High-Risk] No-Retreat will now last 6 minutes, reduced from 10 minutes. Escaping High-Risk and entering a town or speaking to an innkeeper will also remove No Retreat. (Requires restart for duration reduction)
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart] Casting Force of Nature while Guardians of the Grove is active will no longer remove Tree of Life.

Corrected an issue where No-Retreat could not trigger while in Outlands. You will now gain No-Retreat when attacking HR Event creatures, opening Hidden Caches and Beast Nests or engaging other players with the No-Retreat debuff as intended. Creature Auras have been updated to reflect this. (Pending Restart)
You can now only trigger No-Retreat on yourself when attacking another player with the No-Retreat debuff while you are also in High-Risk. This will prevent gaining the debuff in unintended ways outside of world PvP.

[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where Arcane Blast would not stack up properly when triggered by Temporal Blast with the Harnessed Energy enchant active.
Fixed an issue where you could still cast an instant spell right after using Elemental Mastery while Avatar of Lightning was active.
System Changes
Renamed the new High-Risk Transmute spells that convert Rare materials into Epic materials to be more clear that they are Transmute: Spells. The spells are currently available from Outland's profession trainers and the book of artisans. These spells will show up in the general tab of your spell book pending a restart and patch update if you have already learned them or learn them prior to restart. (Pending Restart and Patch Update)

[Area-52] Innkeepers will now provide Hearthstones via their vendor option in the event that you've misplaced yours (You should always keep one on you, they count as a totem, too!)
Quests
Fixed issue where attempting to submit a Bug Report would show the error "Invalid character selected."
Improved error logging when submitting Bug Tracker reports. It should no longer just say "Server Error" when a field has been incorrectly filled out.

Enchant Weapon - Dread Assault has been updated! Permanently enchant a melee weapon to have a chance to increase your attack power by 140 and your spell power by 70 for 15 seconds whenever attacking in melee.
Enchant Weapon - Void Assault has been updated! Permanently enchant a melee weapon for your melee attacks to have a chance to increase your Armor Penetration Rating by 67 for 15 seconds.
The hoplite thrust animation has been changed to be a more fitting animation. This will result in an insurmountable immersion increase
Increased the Base Damage and scaling of Elemental Anamoly by 8%.
Fixed an issue where Bloody Maelstrom's AP scalar was not being applied, additionally the base damage and scaling has been increased by 8%.
Starburst Barrage will now instantly trigger an Arcane Explosion upon cast, instead of having a 1.5 second delay making 4 total explosions over 6 seconds up from 3.
In Sword We Trust now also increases the damage contribution to Righteous Vengeance from Crusader Strike by 3% per stack.
Flare Strike now has a 30 second cooldown from 35 seconds.
Talents & Abilities
Alembic of Infernal Power has been re-added to The Black Stalker (Underbog) loot template.
Aran - implemented a mechanic that prevents players from standing in specific location and ignoring the mechanics in last phase.
Aran - fixed the animations during drinking and cowering phases.
Aran - fixed a case where boss could interrupt himself due to conflict in spell priorities.
Maiden of Vitrue - fixed a rare bug that caused the boss to become stuck in Ascended difficulty.
Nightbane - implemented proper liftoff and landing animations.
Nightbane - fixed the flight animations of boss during flight phase. Boss will cast his breath 2 seconds faster than before when reaching flight point.
World
The changes to Nether Meat, Leather and Weave drops in High-Risk are aimed at increasing the value of farming outside of HR event areas for players that prefer to avoid them, while addressing the disparity in Marks of War obtained from mobs that had both Nether materials and event materials. This will allow Event Farming to remain a lucrative source of Marks of War and enable non-event farming to be a lucrative source of Marks of War.
[High-Risk] Increased the drop chance of Nether Weave from Humanoids not tied to High-Risk events.

Fixed an issue where Arena gear would say you had too low of a personal rating to purchase it from the vendor.
Fixed an issue where some golden skillcards from Silas Darkmoon had the wrong cost, namely Seal of Vengeance costing 2,500 gold instead of 1,000 gold when it is a rare card.
Fixed an issue where the Blood Bowl would not reward the winner.
Fixed an issue where the Crow's Cache would sometimes fail to spawn.
Fixed an issue where you could not train the recipe for the Khroium Balanced Destroyer. This recipe will now come out with Karazhan in the future.
NPCs in Southshore vs Tarrenmill should now inherit proper factions and attack the opposing faction.
Added a new aura called Reprieve to Southshore vs Tarrenmill. This aura is applied on resurrection, lasts 15 seconds and increases your damage done and reduces your damage taken by 15%. This is intended to help graveyard camping.

Corrected an issue preventing Twisted, Dread and Void Enchanting recipes from dropping from Raid trash mobs.

[Al'ar] - Arena Season 1 has began! You can now climb the ladder, earn rewards and possibly even the end-of-arena-season rewards. The cost of the rare honor gear has been reduced by upwards of 50% with this release compared to pre-season. Epic offpieces are now available for Honor and you may now earn rating towards purchasing Arena Gear!

Fixed an issue where High-Risk beasts were not correctly dropping Nether Leather when skinned.

Tooth and Nail now increases the damage of Shockwave versus players by 15%, changed from 20%.
System Changes
(These changes are made primarily to target melee and healer setups which have been very strong in 2v2 leading to few viable-feeling setups. Arms builds in general have had a bit too powerful healing reduction while still dishing out great damage.)
Mortal Strike, Demolishing Strike, Rend, Overpower, Bloodthirst, Whirlwind, Mutilate (Titan), Counterattack, Mongoose Bite and Deep Wounds now deals 5% reduced damage in 2v2 and 3v3 arena.
Unrelenting Assault now lasts for 3 sec, changed from 4 sec.
Mortal Strike now reduces the healing received by 35%, changed from 40%.
Cleanse and Dispel Magic can now only be used on other friendly targets in 2v2 and 3v3 arena while you have Spirit Primary Stat. (This is an experimental change being tested. It can be difficult to get crowd control to stick to a healer if his partner runs a dispel, leading to too few windows of opportunity.)
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where the Touched by the Light heal did not work.
Dungeons & Raids
The chance to obtain Nether Leather while skinning beasts in HR T1,2 and 3 zones has been adjusted on a per mob and density basis. This change is necessary due to beasts also dropping Nether Meat. This change will keep skinning a highly valuable profession in HR farming Materails and Marks while ensuring it does feel mandatory or significantly outpace other ways of farming Marks.
General
Reduced the PvP Power requirement to queue for Arenas to 250. Players now choosing to gear up in Normal and Heroic Bloodforged will have the required PvP power to queue for solo 2v2 Arena.
World
TBC High-Risk Engineering Lenses can now be applied to Wands, Guns, Bows and Crossbows. (Pending Restart and Spell Patch Update)

System Changes
[Extraordinary Riding] Is now available from any Flying trainer! This allows for all flying mounts to scale to 310% riding speed.
Dungeons & Raids
Reduced the Bloodbringer buff at Gruul's Lair Heroic Bloodforged High-Risk event to 25% increased health from 125%, and 10% increased damage from 25%. This should make these mobs far more reasonable and effective to farm as a solo player in a 1v1 zone.
