[Pending restart] The spell damage coefficient of Fire Watch has been reduced from 0.29 to 0.24. Its attack power coefficient remains unchanged. It now deals 10% reduced damage versus players, from 15%.

[Pending restart] Prophet of Wrath now increases your critical strike damage bonus by 50% while Divine Illumination. The old tooltip said that critical strike damage was increased by 20%, which was inaccurate. This change will reduce the critical strike damage of Prophet of Wrath by about 4%, bringing them more in line with other builds.

[Requires Launcher Update] - Fixed an issue where the Arena Rating requirement would sometimes fail to provide the team requirement to purchase the item, the right cost and team rating will now display properly.

Fixed circumstances where Blinkstrike could have recursive proc behaviors, this created unbalanceable interactions with the weapon in particular. The overall performance of the weapon should be mostly unaffected unless relying on this buggy behavior and will be monitored for further tuning.

[Pending Restart] Updated the tooltip of Combustion to correctly state that it increases your critical strike damage bonus by 150%. Changed Combustion to give 75% critical strike damage bonus versus players. (This will generally increase the damage of a critical by 37,5% in PvE and 18,75% in PvP.)

Fixed an issue where the heal from Blood Drinker was getting double attack power scaling. Blood Drinker now again heals for 50% less while in a Feral form, changed from 60% less. (The recent Feral change gets reverted due to a bug being fixed.)

Item Changes

Dungeons & Raids

[Alar] - [Area - 52] - Cabal Ritualists inside Shadow Labyrinths now cast Flame Strike instead of Blast Wave, Cone of Cold instead of Frost Nova, Arcane Explosion instead of Arcane Vortex. This will reduce the amount of Crowd Control by these mobs.

This will not trigger while Shadow Dance is already active. (Previously this only required you to leave Stealth which didnt provide enough counterplay as even if you hit someone out of stealth he would still get a free opener on you.)

Fixed a conflict where creatures that could drop the quest item Nether Residue when skinned were preventing Nether Leather from dropping. You should now see significantly more Nether Leather from High-Risk skinning. This change is live now.

[High-Risk][Alar][Area52] The addition of Criminal Qualms and Righteous Zeal will ensure more fair fights that ensure the outcome of these fights is in your control. If you are ganked mid farming, you will have a brief moment of hightened defense to properly assess, react and and gain a GCD to defend yourself. This also ensures "friendly" players cannot use criminal intent to create a perfect setup that places someone at a disadvantage with no counterplay. You should know when an enemy is approaching and have the ability to defend yourself properly. (Pending Restart)

New

[High-Risk][Alar][Area52] The changes to Honorable Combat resetting cooldowns will ensure 1v1 fights remain fair and confined to that specific battle. We saw players venturing into 1v1 as duos and forcing targets to trade cooldowns before disengaging, allowing their ally to engage with full cooldowns against a player without theirs. These players will no longer be able to fight without honor and you can slay these cowards in fair fights moving forward. Cooldowns being reset after Honorable Combat will also ensure No Retreat does not place you at an insurmountable disadvantage by being engaged back to back while unable to effectively escape from High-Risk. (Pending Restart)

[High-Risk][Alar][Area52] Slaying creatures in High-Risk with For the Horde/Alliance active will now grant you Righeous Zeal for 60 seconds, stacking up to 10 times. Righteous Zeal increases your resilience by 10 per stack, and is removed 5 seconds after taking damage from a player. Engaging in PvP prevents you from gaining stacks of Loyal Zeal for 3 minutes. (Pending Restart)

New

[High-Risk][Alar][Area52] Casting Criminal Intent will now apply Criminal Qualms for 8 seconds, reducing your PvP effectiveness temporarily. There was no counterplay to available against another player running on top of you and popping criminal intent. This will encourage using criminal intent preemptively and in a way that does put any player in a situation where they do not have meaningful counterplay. (Pending Restart)

New

[High-Risk][Alar][Area52] When 1v1 Honorable Combat ends and your enter into Respite debuffs preventing casting immunities like forebearance will be removed. (Pending Restart)

[High-Risk][Alar][Area52] When 1v1 Honorable Combat ends and your enter into Respite all combat cooldowns will be reset. (Pending Restart)
