[Requires Launcher Update] Changed the look of the Stone of Retreat map markers and moved the toggle button to the bottom of the map frame. If you had previously turned these off you will need to do so again.

[Alar] [Area 52] [Karazhan] Pending Restart - Pattern - Soulcloth Shoulders, Pattern - Soulcloth West and Formula - Surefooted are now pooled inside Karazhans trash loot and can drop from any creature inside Karazhan rather then being limited to specifically Phantom Valets, Phantom Attendants and Spectral Stagehands.
[Alar] [Area 52] [Karazhan] Pending Restart - Corrected an issue where Pattern - Soulcloth Shoulders could not be obtained.
[Alar] [Area 52] Pending Restart - Corrected an issue where The Mythic, Heroic and Ascended Version of Band of Domination could not be obtained.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart][Primordial Fury] Reduced scaling of Primordial Fury to address outlier performance issues. Spell Power scaling reduced from 20% to 13% and Attack Power scaling reduced from 16% to 12%. This change will allow Primordial Fury to remain competitive without pushing other similar specs out of viability.
[Pending Restart][Elemental Assassin] Elemental Assassin now increases Shocks duration by 7.5s, increased from 6s. This increases the max duration of Elemental Blades by 3 seconds, which will help maintain these buffs during boss encounters and improve the overall flow of the build during mechanics.
General
Added a 2nd instance to Orgrimmar and Stormwind on both Alar and Area 52 to deal with growing population. You can swap instances at Chromie!
Fixed an issue where alliance outrunners were unattackable
Boosted drop chance of Dragonhorns that drop from Dragons to tame pets.
Fixed an issue where Prestigious Rotating Bonuses and Quests were not applying on Prestige.
[Pending Restart] Combo points are no longer removed on the target as they die (they are still removed on respawn). This means Slice and Dice, Meditate and Recuperate are usable on dead targets. Also means that you can use Redirect to transfer combo points from a dead target.
Added a new feature to Wailing Caverns and Sunken Temple. The Caverns Cordyceps. These stimulating mushrooms help you traverse the long and windy dungeon by giving you big Out-of-Combat movement speed, health regeneration, and mana regeneration to your party when consumed.
Added Marks of Ascension to the last bosses of LFG leveling dungeons. These Marks will scale with to the size of the dungeon to improve the rewards for running some of the bigger dungeons. Things like escorts and events were also kept in mind for this.
[Draft] Pounce and Ravage will now only Draft if you know Prowl, and increased the chance to draft Pounce and Ravage if you know Prowl.
Fixed an issue in Some Dragonkin not getting the correct scaling. Dismissing and Resummoning your dragon before the restart will retroactively apply the scaling fixes.
Talents & Abilities
[Pending Restart] Initiative no longer reduces the cooldown of Redirect.
[Pending Restart] Redirect now has a 20 sec cooldown, changed from 30.
Fixed an issue where Bash and Hammer of Justice shared cooldown.
Item Changes
[Alar] [Area 52] Pending Restart - Requires Cache clear to be displayed visually - Increased the item level of all 22 TBC BoE Epic World Drop Items and their Heroic and Ascended counter parts to better reflect their power in comparison to their Mythic counter parts. The Heroic and Ascended versions of the TBC BoE Epic World Drop Items that can be found inside Heroic and Ascended Raids are now upscaled from their normal version without penalty and now follow the same scaling rules as other Heroic and Ascended items. Items that had a special effect like Blinkstrike already had their effects upscaled with the Mythic+ release on Area 52 and remain unchanged.

Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where multiple Tainted Wound debuffs could not be active on the same target.
Lowered the mana cost of Starburst from the Starburst Barrage enchantment by 10%.
General
[TBC] - Updated the breadcrumb quests for all attunements to notify you that attunements for raids are only required for Ascended Raiding.
[TBC] - Since there are no longer reputation or quest chain completions or required keys to get into Heroic/Mythic dungeons in TBC. Updated the Descriptions of the Keys that used to be required to get into Heroic/Mythic Dungeons in TBC.
Spirit Bond will now also be activated while you have a Tamed Dragonkin, Dominated Undead, Tamed Beast, or Enslaved Demon.
Fixed an issue where Ferocity was not increasing the critical strike chance of your Dominated Undead or your Enslaved Demon. Additionally, Ferocity will now also affect your Tamed Dragonkin.
Frenzy now also also increases the attack speed of your Tamed Dragonkin in addition to its previous effects.
Unleashed Fury [Mystic Enchantment] now also increases the damage of your Tamed Dragonkin in addition to its previous effects.

[Alar] - Summoner''s Armor is now available in the Demonology Warlock Tab and will now affect your Summoned Demon, Dominated Undead, Enslaved Demon, Tamed Beast or Tamed Dragonkin.
Demonic Tactics now also increases the critical strike chance by 2/4/6/8/10% of your Dominated Undead, Enslaved Demon, Tamed Dragonkin.
Improved Demonic Tactics now affects your Summoned Demon, Dominated Undead, Enslaved Demon, Tamed Beast or Tamed Dragonkin.
Removed the Fire damage type immunity from the Infernal Warbringers in Hellfire Peninsula.
[Draft] Significantly increased the chance to Draft Invocation when you know the required spell Mana-forged Barrier to ensure availability of tanks in content and that MFB tanks have the necessary tools to complete upcoming content releases.

[Pending Restart] - [TBC] - Steam Vault - Increased the range that was needed to trigger the opening of the door before last boss.
[Pending Restart] - [TBC] - Corrected an issue where reputation from kills in Shadow Labyrinth, Sethekk Halls, Arcatraz, Botanica, Mechanar stopped at honored, instead of at exalted in normal difficulty.

Talents & Abilities
[Alar] Disarm and Dismantle now shares a cooldown.
[Alar] Blast Wave, Typhoon and Thunderstorm now shares a cooldown.
[Alar] Repentance, Wyvern Sting, Blind and Blinding Light now shares a cooldown.
Cold Blood now has a 90 sec cooldown, changed from 120.
Arcane Flows now reduces the cooldown of Alter Time by 10/20/30% in addition to its previous effects.
Alter Time now lasts for 4 sec, changed from 3.
Blood Horror now gives silence, interrupt and stun immunity while channeling.
Evasion now applies a 30 sec debuff that prevents you from using it again. (Back to back Evasions with Preparation were too powerful of a counter to melee builds. This change keeps the Preparation interaction but makes it less frustrating to face.)
Charge can now be recast within 3 sec to Charge again. It now has a 16 sec cooldown, changed from 25.
Charge now shares a cooldown with other gap closer abilities.
Concussive Barrrage has been reworked, it now reads: Your successful Multi-Shot and Chimera Shot attacks have a 50/100% chance to increase the duration of your Concussive Shot by 3 sec. You cannot increase the duration of your Concussive Shot past its maximum.
Heightened Senses now reduces damage taken by 1/2%, changed from reducing your chance to be hit by ranged attacks and spells.
Earthquake now slows enemies within the area by 25%, changed from 20%.
Lightwell heal is no longer removed when you lose 30% of your max hp.
Distract no longer has a GCD.
Tranquilizing Shot now has a 6 sec cooldown, changed from 8.
Balance of Power no longer increases the duration of Typhoon's daze.
Typhoon now dazes affected targets for 4 sec, changed from 3.
Fixed an issue where Wyvern Sting would not break on damage.

Mystic Enchants
Tooth and Nail now increases the damage of Shockwave versus players by 20% per stack, changed from 30%.
Heroic Entrance now increases the damage of Heroic Leap versus players by 80%, changed from 100%.
Into Darkness cooldown no longer gets reset by Preparation.
Concussive Barrage has been reworked, it now reads: Your Concussive Shot now slows for an additional 2% movement speed.

[Alar] - [New Epic Enchantment] - [Trick Shots] - When Multi-Shot hits 3 or more targets, your next Aimed Shot or Arcane Shot will ricochet and hit up to 5 targets and deal 20% increased damage. Does not work with Focused Burst.
[Alar] - [New Epic Enchantment] - [Wind Slam] - Requires a Shield. Your chance to trigger Windfury Weapon is increased by 10%. When you deal damage with Windfury Weapon, your next Shield Slam unleashes furious winds, dealing damage to targets around you and slowing their attack speed by 20%.
