[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Triggered / Channeled spells that deal direct damage now generate rage equal to an amount that a singular spell cast could generate instead of generating an amount up to 5x any other spell cast.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Pyroblast and Hot Streak has received these scaling changes due to the massive buff it received (of well over 20%) from the caster talent overhaul. While all spells had their base damage and scaling coefficients reduced anywhere from 6 to 12%. Pyroblast remained unchanged and became an outlier as well because its critical strike multiplier was changed from 175% with investment to 200% with investment. On the flip side, incorporating combustion into your rotation may now be worthwhile.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Fixed an issue where Combustion was not applying its critical strike damage component to Fire Mage spells as the updates to the Caster Talent overhaul making critical strike damage classless was overriding the critical strike damage from Combustion.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Fixed a bug where the HoT Effect from Frugal Disposition was double dipping with healing % increases. This bugfix also serves as a nerf to this enchant which was vastly overperforming.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Natures Synthesis has been reworked, it now states: "Increases the healing done by your Lesser Healing wave by 2% for each of your Nature heal over time effects active on the target up to a maximum of 6% per enchantment." Since this enchantment counts EVERY nature heal over time effect, this enchantment was providing far too much value.

[Mythic+] Pending Restarts - Mythical Boon - Sanctified now heals for 1% maximum health per stack every 200 milliseconds. Previously healed 3% maximum health per stack every second.

[Requires Launcher Update] Modified the default fonts to support Cyrillic and Chinese characters. You should be able to read messages with those characters now rather than a bunch of boxes or ? marks. However, english clients are still unable to type or paste Cyrillic or Chinese text at this time.

Fixed the issue causing closed Bug Reports to not display the reasoning behind their closure. Previously it would just say "Closed", now it will for example show "Closed - Fixed", "Closed - Unable to reproduce" etc.

Fixed an issue where the Master of Elements mystic enchant was not working as intended. It now properly increases the mana gained by the Master of Elements capstone effect by 5%.

Lightning Blade and Thunder Slam from the Thunder Slam enchant now reduce the cooldown of Thunder Clap by 2 seconds, down from 3.

Fixed an issue where the "Sweeper" buff, gained from consuming your eruption stacks was increasing the AoE damage dealt by 25% and the single target damage by an additional 25% instead of providing 40% damage increase to the main target.

Midnight Flames' Shadow Kindling debuff now increases the damage of Pyroblast by 7% down from 10%.

[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where previous change to Furious Anger from the Dominated Undead family of Wights did not get pushed properly. This spell will now have the intended cooldown of 45 seconds, down from 60, and duration of 30 seconds, up from 10 seconds.

[Pending Restart] - Soulbender has been slightly reworked, it is now an Epic Mystic Enchant and now reads: Each tick of Drain Soul now accumulates Soul Energy. Dealing damage with Shadowburn consumes all of your Soul Energy stacks to heal nearby party members and increases your healing done by 2% for each stack of Soul Energy consumed. This effect lasts for 10 seconds. In addition, the cooldown of your Shadowburn is reduced by 4 seconds.

[Pending Restart] - Clarified all mechanics of Plague Bearer in the tooltip of the Mystic Enchant and its spells and effects, and you now only learn Festering Strike if you know Bear Form. In addition, Plague Bearer's Rabies effect from dealing damage with Mangle (Bear) now has level scaling on the physical damage taken debuff. The effect at level 60 is unchanged, and at level 70 is slightly increased.
