[Shred] Increased the base damage and scaling of Shred by 13%.
[King of the Jungle] now has additional an mechanic: While in Cat Form, Tiger's Fury restores 20/40/60 energy and you deal 2/4/6% increased damage while above 75% health.
[Ferocity] now reduces the energy cost of mentioned ability by 2 energy per point.
[Savage Fury] is now a 3 point talent (up form 2). Now it correctly increases the damage of said abilities by 4/8/12%.
[Improved Mangle] now also increases the damage of your Mangle by 7/14/20%.
[Infected Wounds] now also increases the damage of all cat & bear bleeds by 3/6/9%.
[Improved Poisons] now increases the chance to apply Instant Poison by 6/12/18/24/30%. Down from 10/20/30/40/50%.
[Improved Poisons] now increases the chance to apply Deadly Poison by 6/12/18/24/30%. Up from 5/10/15/20/25%.
[Filthy Tricks] now increases the damage of your Gloomblade by 10/20/30%
[Power of Light][New Talent] A 3 point talent that increases your healing power by 7/14/20% of your melee attack power and increases your melee critical strike chance by 1/2/3%.
[Sheath of Light] Is now a 3 point talent down from 5, critical holy heals now heal the target for 7/14/20% of the healed amount.
[Envenom] now increases the chance to apply Deadly Poison by 5% and Instant Poison by 10%. Down from 10/20% respectivelly.
[Gloomblade] Decreased the base damage and scaling of Gloomblade by 30%.
[Berserk] now lasts 10 seconds and has an additional mechanic: Your Cat combo point generators grant 4 additional combo points (1 vs players) for the duration of Berserk.
[Tiger’s Fury] now also increases your damage done by 5%.
[Cat Form] now only increases your attack power by 25% of your Agility.
[Execute] Increased the conversion scaling of Execute by 20%.
[Execute] You can now consume up to a cap of 60 rage, this is an increase from a cap of 30.
[Starfall] Increased the base damage and scaling of Starfall by 20%.
[Frenzy Shot] Increased the weapon damage of Frenzy Shot from 100 to 200%.
[Colossus Smash] Increased the damage of Colossus Smash from 130% weapon damage to 200%.
[Rupture and Garrote] Reduced the base damage of Garrote by 30%, and increased its scaling by 30%. Reduced the base damage of Rupture by 20%, and increased its scaling by 35%. Our aim is to tweak scaling profile of some bleeds so they are less powerful early on but reward proper itemization and scale better into the late game.
[Rest] The amount of mana and health recovered by Rest is now increased for every second you spend resting.
[Single-Minded Fury] Mortal Strike, Overpower and Slam deal 5% less damage with Single-Minded Fury, changed from 10%.
[Bandages] Similar to healing, Bandages are less effective as Heroes progress and accumulate more health. To make Bandages relevant, they’re receiving a big buff to help them keep up with current health pools.
[Agile Strikes] the Agility One handed allocation bonus, now reduces the global cooldown and cost of your spells and abilities by 8%. Down from 10%.
[Heavy Swings] the Strength Two handed allocation bonus, no longer reduces your melee and ranged attack speed.
[General Change] Heals now gain a small Attack Power Coefficient Heroes on Ascension have a lot more health than classic heroes, and this disparity increases as progression goes on. In order to help heals keep up with you as you play, all heals now receive a small AP Coefficient. This change helps heals stay relevant for heroes without spell power, and reinforces classless.

[Zul'Aman] Fixed the issue where Raid Caches didn't drop on Heroic, Mythic and Ascended difficulties.

[Pending Patch] [Dawn of the Second Day] Fixed an issue that caused Dawn of the Second Day to have incorrect scaling. The heal will now be, on average, about 25% stronger than the regular Light of Dawn spell.

[Fel Corruption][Pending Patch] Fixed an issue where Fel Infused Flames could not proc from Bladestorm.
[Battle Fervor][Pending Patch] Fixed an issue where Battle Charge would ignore immunities.

[Area52] Fixed an issue causing One with the light player vs player mods to be dramatically different from thrall.
[Pending Restart] - Corpse Runner will no longer be removed from you outside of combat. This means tagging a fire on your way to the instance will not remove it. Taking fall damage from doing a skip on your way back to where you died will not remove it. It will stay on you until you enter combat.
[Pending Restart] Time-bind (Steward of Eternity) can no longer be used on yourself.

[Pending Restart] Smoke Bomb can be casted while in Tree of Life form without breaking it now.
Item Changes
Fixed [Skill Card - Metamorphosis] and [Golden Skill Card - Metamorphosis]. They are now be useable once more!
Totem of the Pulsing Earth effect now reduces cost of your Lightning Bolt by 10%. Changed from 27 flat cost reduction due to unintended interraction with Energy Bolt.

[Pending Restart] [The Headless Horseman] Corrected several issues where the Headless Horseman could not be killed.

[Sinister Transfusion] Now procs from any combo point generating ability, including Legendary Enchant abilities like Hammer the Gap and Energy Bolt. (requires restart)
[Steward of Eternity] [Pending Restart] Time-Bind can now be cast on yourself again, but it now only heals you for 15% of the damage taken over 6 seconds when versus players.
[Oil Dipped Arrows] The Oilsoaked debuff no longer gets consumed upon taking Fire damage from the caster. Its duration is now 8 seconds, and it increases all Fire damage taken from the caster by 3% per stack, with a maximum of 3 stacks.

[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where 12 items in zul'aman had the wrong stats on Heroic and Mythic.
[Pending Restart] - Now you are rewarded on a small exponential curve, drastically increasing your rewards for pushing the key as high as you can, vastly increasing the rewards and matching the pacing of the dungeon and time investment to farming lower level keys.
[Pending Restart] - Previously, you were rewarded 5 mythic coins, multiplied by the level of the key.
[Pending Restart] - Adjusted how the BONUS mythic coins are rewarded to the group for the first time the KEYHOLDER completes the key.
[Mythic Coins] - Increased the Mythic Coin Cap and how much it increases by, by over 40% for all past and future weeks. This means that all previous weeks coins are now also obtainable and added retroactively to the total cap of coins available.

[Pending Restart] [The battle for Mount Hyjal] [Chromius] Increased the duration of Rattle Bones to 30 seconds up from 15. Corrected an issue where Rattle Bones was considered a magic effect, allowing player to dispell it from their allies when their is no reason to do so.

[Pending Restart] [Grove Ranger] [Arc Aim Concentration] [Arcane Arrows] Fixed an issue where the Arcane Arrows Arcane Missile could trigger the Arc Aim Shot buff from the Mystic Enchantment Arc Aim Concentration.
[Pending Restart] [Cryotherapist] Cryotherapy now rolls its healing like Ignite. (This means that if you hit with Frostbolt for 4000 damage, and 2000 of this was converted to healing, when you Frostbolt again and add 2000 to this healing, instead of overwriting it, they will add together towards the next heal.)
[Pending Restart] [Vampire Lord] Fixed an issue where Flash Heal was incorrectly triggering Vampiric Bond.
[Pending Restart] [Vampire Lord] Unholy light no longer deals damage, and instead does Shadow healing to targeted Allies. (This gives Vampire Lord an emergency spot heal mechanic in scenarios where there are no monsters nearby to be damaged.)
[Pending Restart] [Vampire Lord] Vampiric Bond now states that it increases healing received from Vampire Lord by 125%.
[Pending Restart] [Vampire Lord] Vampiric Bond now lasts 16 seconds up from 12 seconds.
