[Pending Restart] [Vampire Lord] Fixed an issue where in some cases Vampire Lords healing effect was not acting in a smart way. It will now correctly smart heal the 5 lowest allies within range.
[Pending Restart] [Vampire Lord] The Vampire Lord heal effect now heals up to 5 party/raid members down from 10.
[Pending Restart] [Vampire Lord] Damage over time effects that trigger the Vampire Lord heal are now on a seperate internal cooldown to direct damage effects. (this avoids scenarios where a corruption tick could eat your shadowbolt damage from triggering a vampire lord heal.)
[Pending Restart] [Vampire Lord] The damage to healing conversion for periodic shadow damage abilities has been reduced from 5% to 2% of the damage dealt.( This is done because damage over time effects gain far more benefit from the 4% healing power coefficient on the Vampire Lord heal compared to direct damage effects.)
[Pending Restart] [Vampire Lord] The triggered Vampire Lord heal now scales from 4% of your bonus healing power.

The Tentacle from Below now correctly casts Devastating Slam when it can't reach its primary target. Corrected an issue where Devastating Slam would ignore all form of damage reduction. The Tentacle from Below is now a Beast. The 10% maximum health cap earlier applied to The Lurker Below now applies to the Tentacle from Below's Reflective Scales aswell.

[Thrall] Fixed an issue where Dash temporarily had legendary rarity instead of epic.
[Thrall] The long awaited Bloody Dancing Steel enchant has made its way onto "Merul" In Booty bay and shattrath. This enchant requires 2400 rating.
Focused burst damage reduced by 5% in battleground and high risk pvp combat.
