[Pending Restart] Call of flame and Lava flows now reduce the damage of wind strike (wind rager) by 30% in pvp combat. (This is temporary until the race for ascended hyjal has concluded). - This changlog has been live since 9-24-2023 but the bot didnt push it.
[Pending Restart] GuruBashi Berserker now reduced damage of raging blow by 5% (down from 10%) in pvp combat.

[Pending Restart, Patch Update, Cache Clear] Global change that affects all creatures in the world - 1) Creatures with random movement will try to reach the edge of their wander distance, turn smoothly on each turning point, will take random/unpredictable points in their radius and stop from time to time. 2) Creatures with waypoint movement will make a smooth curve on each point, will be able to do 180 degrees turns smoothly, will not do a micro stop on each point of the path. Said changes are active when creature is in and out of combat. During combat creatures will smoothly turn towards their target instead of been instant, adding more realistic behaviour to their movement. Side not: This change does not affect in any way or form spell behaviour, frontal cone casts or frontal cleave spell, they will function as before.

[WeakAuras] Added the option to select spell cooldown tracking type. This allows for weakauras to track the cooldown of the charges a spell has, for example, Warrior Charge.

[Pending Restart] Sunburst (Starsurge) will now have spell ranks making it easier to balance while leveling (especially in pvp).
[Pending restart] In order to ensure a balanced and fair Battleground experience, the queue logic for premade Battleground groups has been updated. With this update, Battleground premade queues will be limited for premades consisting of three exceptionally high-performing players. This solves an issue where stacked premade groups like this would dominate Battlegrounds (especially during off-peak hours) and aims to promote a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone. A minimal number of players will be affected by these limitations, while a substantial portion of games will see improved balance.
[Pending Patch] Fixed an issue where some Wind Strike (Off-Hand) was benefitting from more talents and enchantments than intended.
Item Changes
[Pending Restart & Patch Update] - Eye of Magtheridon now has 22 amount of spell power on the item baseline and its proc effect has been reworked slightly. It now reads: "Your spells grant 12 spell power for 15 sec. Stacks up to 5. This cannot occur more than once every 5 seconds." The stack amount and base spell power on the item scale with their respective difficulties.
Tome of Untold Secrets can now be stacked (20).

[Pending Restart] Adjusted the starting and respawn position of TBC dungeons that have mythic plus keys. This should help prevent you from running out of the instance on respawn.

Violet Signets (obtained from reputation with the Violet Eye) can now have the rings within the same item level PURCHASED from Apprentice Darius. This means if you choose Path of the Violet Assassin, you can now also get the rings from Path of the Violet Champion, Protector, Restorer and Sorceror and keep them in your bags/ready to swap at any minute.

[Pending Restart] [The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [Archimonde] Reduced the damage and stun application radius of Lightning Strike to 6 yards, down from 8, to match the visual effect.
[Pending Restart] [The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [Archimonde] Reduced the summon radius of Ball Lightnings to 80, down from 100 yards.
[Pending Restart] [The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [Archimonde] Archimonde's Call Thunder Storm ability is now split into Call Thunder Storm, the initial cast, and a new spell, Eye of the Storm, functioning as the permanent effect. Eye of the Storm now inflicts damage every second to enemies within the storm's radius, up from 5.5 seconds from the previous Call Thunder Storm effect. Functionality stays the same.
[Pending Restart] [The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [Archimonde] Archimonde can now have a maximum of 12 Doomfire lines active at one time. This limit would be reached after 3 minutes and 30 seconds into phase 1 if no Doomfire is extinguished using Jaina's Ward of Winter.
[Pending Restart] [The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [Azgalor] Greatly reduced the hitbox of Legion Portals.
[Pending Restart] [The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [Azgalor] Thrall now summons a Cleansing Tide totem during the encounter. The Cleansing Tide Totem removes magic and curse effects from allies within 20 yards around it. The Cleansing Tide Totem is potent enough to remove Impending Doom from affected players.
[Pending Restart] [The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [Azgalor] Azgalor's execution effect no longer immediately kills a target. It now applies an 8-second debuff called Impending Doom to the target that will kill it and summon a guaranteed Lesser Doomguard if it runs out. Removing this effect in any other way spares the target from death and prevents the Doomguard from being summoned. Azgalor reapplies Impending Doom whenever a player falls below 5% maximum health.
[Pending Restart] [The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [Azgalor] Azgalor no longer executes targets below 5% health on Normal and Heroic difficulty. Azgalor no longer summons Lesser Doomguards on Normal and Heroic difficulty.
[Pending Restart] [The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [Kaz'rogal] Corrected an issue where Kaz'rogal would always announce both of his pillars falling.
[Pending Restart] [The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [Anetheron] Reduced the scale of players sent into the nightmares left behind by bodies by 50%. Player bodies now have an additional visual, drawing attention to them and specifically searching for healers in the raid by applying a visual guideline between themselves and potential healers.
[Pending Restart] [The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [General] Corrected an issue where Thrall would channel his Earthquake ability on Heroic and higher difficulties. It will now remain stationary without Thrall having to channel.
[Pending Restart] [The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [General] Shattered Gem Fragments found inside Ancient Gem Veins are now of rare quality and can be prospected by a skilled jeweler in packs of 5. Shattered Gem Fragments can yield uncut gems of any quality.
[Pending Restart] [Zul'Aman] [General] Time Run Chests can now contain Primal Amani Idols. Primal Amani Idols can be exchanged for powerful head slot enchantments at Witch Doctor Bom'bay inside Zul'Aman for a small additional fee of gold... and sweat.
[Pending Restart] [Magtheridons Lair] [Magtheridon] Hand of Death and Finger of Death no longer calculate damage by adding targets absorb effects to their damage output. Magtheridon now pierces all absorbption effects while executing Hand of Death and Finger of Death.
Mystic Enchants
Ursoc's Blessing adds a cooldown to Bear Form (this is a TEMPORARY CHANGE to address a potential exploit while the exploit is being fixed and further ensures integrity in the difficulty of Mythic/Ascended Hyjal)
[Primal Tide] [Low Tide] [Pending Restart] Low tide's triggered Riptide effect will now consume the buff granted from Primal Tide that causes your next Riptide to have 12 seconds increased duration and jump to 2 targets.
