General
Build Draft is now live on Area 52, this brings you 87 unique builds for you to explore. Each build has a leveling (1-70), PvE, and PvP variant, meaning there is 261 variations for you to play.
This allows you to play more archetypes during the leveling experience.
Devastate can now be learned at level 10
Incinerate can now be learned at level 28
Lacerate can now be learned at level 10
Tranquilizing Shot can now be learned at level 44
Feral Charge can now be learned at level 1
Lavalash can now be learned at level 20
Stormstrike can now be learned at level 1
Mutilate can now be learned at level 20
Penance can now be learned at level 30
Divine Storm can now be learned at level 30
Crusader Strike can now be learned at level 1
Ice Lance can now be learned at level 40
Mangle can now be learned at level 20
Ferocious Bite can now be learned at level 10.
Increased the base healing of healing spells between 60 to 70 to closer match the percentage of health gained during those levels. This will keep heals getting progressively stronger while leveling and early end-game while still maintaining the intention of the changes to fix one-shot reaction based healing metas end-game.
Reduced Physical Damage of TBC Heroic Dungeons by 25% and Mythic Dungeons by 10% to come in tandem with the healing overhaul, this will reduce overall damage taken while placing more emphasis on mechanics.

[Replenishment] In addition to its previous effects Replenishment now also grants 3% of your base mana every 5 seconds for 15 seconds.

Item Changes
[Pending Restart] Two-handed heirloom weapons will provide 6% extra EXP (increased from 3%) to compensate for the empty off-hand slot. Note: Equipping 2x Two-handed heirloom weapons will still provide 6% extra EXP.
Mystic Enchants
[Vampire Lord] Beacon of Shadow now transfers 25% of the damage dealt to healing up from 15%.
[Vampire Lord] Increased the Damage > Healing transfer from your Vampire Lord buff from 3% to 5%.

[Pending Restart] - [Area-52]- Fixed an issue where surpassing the item level "bracket" for callboard caches in the most recently released tier would result in an empty callboard cache. Callboard Caches should now always have the correct loot in them.
[Area52] + [Area52] Freezing blood (Frostbolt) damage reduced in pvp by 50%
[Pending Restart] - Heirloom 2 Hand weapons that had EXP bonus on them will now give 6% EXP bonus up from 3%. (This is to match the effect and keep you in sync with others using two one-handed heirlooms).
[Crow's Cache] - [Area-52] - [Live Now] - Fixed an issue where Crow's Cache would sometimes not give loot
[Pending Restart & Patch Update] - Fixed an issue where the Gylph Enchantments were showing up on Area-52. This was not intended because they are not usable by the Hero class.

[Requires Launcher Update] Added a new option for Mouseover Casting [Esc -> Interface -> Mouseover Casting]. When enabled, your spells and macros will target your mouseover target first, if you have one. This is the same behavior as a [@mouseover,exists] macro. If no mouseover is found, it will cast as normal at your target.

We've resolved an issue where downloads could sometimes fail if they were interrupted and then resumed.
Fixed the export function on website builder. Builds made on the website and exported, now properly import into the game.
Talents & Abilities
[Pending Restart] Piercing Howl, Dragon Roar, Battle Shout, Commanding Shout, Demoralizing Shout, Challenging Shout, Demoralizing Roar, Challenging Roar can now be used when silenced (but no longer when pacified like other melee abilities).
