[Reposting For Clarity] - Originally TBC did not have Armor Penetration Gems. With the addition of new gems in this patch, Armor Penetration Gems can be obtained just like other Gem Recipes and can be crafted once you obtain the pattern.

[Pending Restart] Guardian Spirit - added limit to how much the spirit can absorb on fatal hit, 15% of target's MAX health, similar to how Ardent Defender and Cheat Death already work. This is done to prevent the negation of mechanics that are intended to kill a player in specific circumstances.

[Pending Maintenance and Core Merge] [The Battle for Mount Hyjal] [Anetheron] Corrected an issue where player would not see Spiritual Pain appear on screen or their combat logs. Spiritual Pain will now correctly show up informing the player inside the Nightmare that he takes damage because of his left behind body taking damage as well.

Gronnstalker 3 set bonus got changed: Now it increases the damage you deal with your critical strikes by 3%. This was changed to open up the bonus for playstyles not utilizing hunter stings in their rotations.

This creatures are not part of enemy attck waves but can be engaged and slayn to obtain loot and reputation without starting the invasion event from Jaina.

[Area 52] Heroic Bloodforged events can now drop all previous tiers without an event scroll active. Event Scrolls will still be required to obtain the most recent Heroic Bloodforged tier gear. That means with Hyjal released previous tiers like Karazhan or Serpentshrine Cavern will drop Heroic Bloodforged from the Event Areas even without a scroll active. As a note: Heroic Bloodforged Hyjal requires 145 ilvl to obtain.

[Thrall] Preparing for Outlands: Keeper Scroll: High-Risk Events is now available at the War Herals in your capital city. This quest allows you to trade Profane Essence for High-Risk event scrolls that can be used in TBC after it launches on Thrall.

[Area 52] Fixed an issue where High-Risk Dailies were rewarding level 60 Bloodforged Caches. They will not correctly grant a Callboard Cache (TBC)

[Area52] High-Risk Epic Material Transmute spells no longer require Lesser Profane Nether. Lesser Profane Nethers are being deprecated and can be converted into High-Risk Event Scrolls at the War Herald. (The spells will require, but not consume Profanes until a spell patch is pushed).
