[Build Draft] Frozen Titan: Slightly adjusted the buffs granted in this build to be more synergistic.

[Original 9 Classes] Fixed an issue where the coefficient of Seed of Corruption was far higher than intended. It now has a 14.3% coefficient on the direct damage and 25% coefficient on the damage over time effect.
[Original 9 Classes] Fixed an issue where Lock and Loads effects were not working for Explosive Shot.
[Original 9 Classes] Fixed an issue where Wild Quiver Shot Mystic Enchantments were not increasing the proc chance of Wild Quiver Shot for Hunters.

Mystic Enchants
[Low Tide] Fixed an issue where under certain circumstances you could spread Riptide by casting Lesser Healing Wave.
[Low Tide] Fixed an issue where Healing wave critical strikes would not cause Riptide to spread to nearby allies.
[Clerics Light] The healing done by this ability is now smart. It will prioritize the 5 most injured allies within 10 yards.

[Steward of Eternity] Fixed an issue where the Eternity heal triggered from hitting 0 energy was missed by the global healing reduction changes. It has had its base and coefficient reduced by roughly 54%~.(this pushes it inline with other heals that have been reduced.)

[Flameburst] [Fire Walk With Me] Fixed an issue where Fire Walk With Me was working with Flameburst Mystic Enchantment. It will now correctly not apply the Fire Walk With Me bonus when using these two Mystic Enchantments together.
[Aegis] Fixed an issue where Aegis could trigger despite the Hero being below level 60. It will now only trigger once the player has reached 60 or above.
[Wild Quiver] Fixed the tooltip of this Mystic Enchantment to correctly state that it increases the proc chance of Wild Quiver by 8% per Mystic Enchantment rather than 4% (This was changelogged in the past but the tooltip was never updated.)
General
[Build Draft] Blademaster: Added Rare Mystic Enchants to help with Rage issues and enhance Thunderclap to account for rotational spells and Epic and Legendary Enchants not being learned until higher levels.
[Build Draft] Disciple of Arugal: Added additional Rare Mystic Enchants to improve manage management and add some additional power due to the Legendary Enchant requiring high level talents before it can be learned.
[Build Draft] Disciple of Arugal: Arranged talents to make more sense. Taught Corruption earlier and moved Arcane Missiles closer to Arcane Barrage when it becomes an effective part of the build.
Talents & Abilities
Warlock Class: Seed of Corruption explosion now deals 25% reduced damage versus players.
[Archimonde] Fixed an issue where the level scaling for the Unbounded Deathbringer was not correctly implemented. It'll now heal significantly more at level 60.
[Archimonde] Reduced the healing of Shield of Righteousness in arena by 25%.
[Pending Restart] Warlock Class: Fixed a bug where Seed of Corruption could be active on multiple targets. It can now only be active on one target. It also cannot be active at the same time as Corruption on the same target.
Original Classes heals and absorbs are now 15% less effective while in an arena or battleground.
[Lei Shen's Legacy] Fixed an issue where you had to re-equip the enchant after entering Arena to get Volatile Discharge procs. (pending restart)
[Frenzy Shot] Fixed an issue where the Frenzied Cleave effect would double dip from % damage modifiers causing it to deal far more damage than intended.
[Original 9 Classes] Fixed an issue where the some heals used by the 9 classes did not have the correct coefficient. (This results in a healing nerf for some abilities and a buff for others, but overall shouldn't be a net loss in healing.)
Pushed a fix that should prevent Ragefire Nova from dealing friendly fire in rare circumstances. (Pending Restart)
[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where Gloomblade did not benefit from the effects of Agile Strikes (Agility allocation bonus).
Dungeons & Raids
[Raids] [General] Corrected an issue where bosses would not be able to drop duplicates of the same tier set token.
[Dungeon Spoils 60] Fixed an issue where Dungeon Spoils at level 60 for normal and heroic did not correctly have a tank equipment option to select.
[Pending Restart] [Dead Mines] Edwin VanCleef - moved the periodic summon of blackguards to mythic difficulty. On normal and heroic he will summon blackguards only at 75%, 50%, 25% health remaining.
Mystic Enchants
[Warcry] Fixed an issue where Warcry could sometimes not be cast even though the cooldown appeared to be ready.
[Deadly Bite] Fixed an issue where the Deadly Bite bleed damage could be dodged.
[Beast and Blade] Double Team now increases special attack damage by 70% from 75%. Pact Tactics now increases damage by 10% from 12%. This small adjustment should bring the power of Beast and Blade more inline with other builds.
[Battle Fervor] Fixed an issue where Crushing Impact was not increasing the damage of Victory Rush.
[Battle Fervor] Fixed an issue where Battle Charge could sometimes be used against players. Charge can still be used with this enchant against players and will apply the effects.
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where the Razorvine dot from Razorlash would not always apply.
[Champion of Justice] Corrected the tooltip of Champion of Justice to state that when fully stacked, your heals adorn targets for 15 seconds, healing an adorned target triggers a bonus heal.
[Benevolent Crusader] Fixed an issue where instant cast heals could not trigger stacks of Benevolent Crusader.
[Benevolent Crusader] Fixed an issue where it wasnt triggering holy nova properly.
[Benevolent Crusader] Fixed an issue with Benevolent Crusader where you couldnt trigger its effects if you cast a heal that did overhealing.
[Astral Bomber] Fixed an issue where Astral Fusion was not granting you the buff giving you an Instant cast Astral Plasma and 50% more damage.
General
[Pending Restart] Classes will now have a more similar base health curve as classless during leveling. (Base health at 60 is virtually the same.)

[Build Draft] Beast and Blade: Shifted Enchant level learns to give the Legendary earlier. Added an early level heal. Added Precision and Improved Mend Pet Rare Enchants to help with early game flow and mana management. Added improved Sinister Strike to early levels.
[Build Draft] Divine Beast: Set the Legendary and Epic enchants to be learned earlier. Added Anger Management Rare Enchants for rage management.
[Build Draft] Light's blade: Swapped Judgements of the Pure for Judgements of the Wise in the 60 PvE build to alleviate mana issues.
[Pending Restart] - Buildmaster Trophies have been sent out to the original 9 classes if they had levelled to level 60! This process is now automated upon hitting level 60, rewarding you a build master trophy for the first time you hit level 60 with an original class.
Warrior's Defensive Stance, Taunt and Sunder Armor are now taught via the book of ascension and warrior trainers.
Players will now put into PVE mode by default when creating a character and hitting 15 until they opt into Highrisk PvP or No Risk PvP
You can now gain experience from professions even when you are skillcapped as long as you are not at a level that you can unlock the next profession tier. This should help smooth out some friction in crafting trials and while leveling.
Fixed an issue where some damage calculations (mostly dots, pets, absorbs and some fringe spell cases) where over-capping your PvE or PvP power would still increase your damage for those spells.
Added a scroll bar for challenge restrictions, because trial architects keep adding 10000 restrictions to custom trials.
Improved handling for PVE mode. It should be much less likely to fall off when it shouldn't.
Added a system that will teleport hardcore players to a safe zone after a server restart or server crash to prevent uncanny deaths due to these scenarios.
Illusionary Imps will now fixate on their current target and despawn if they lose aggro.
Improved Legion Invasion boss AI to put caps on summoned creatures to prevent performance issues.
Improved Invasion Gargoyle AI they will no longer fly as high and will grab players less frequently.
Redistributed PVE/PvP Power on gear to be more weighted towards weapons. This means weapons will have more PVE/PvP power and other slots will have less.
Cleaned up Build draft and featured build text to clarify their differences.
Improved some edge cases where Build Drafts would fail to unlock enchants when hitting 60.

[Build Draft] Nature's Prayer: Replaced Brilliance Aura with Life Tap. Added early game Rare Mystic Enchants to account for the Epic and Legendary Enchants requiring higher level spells to unlock.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where the original versions of the class spells and the classless hero spells would stack with each other.
[Build Draft] Grove Warden: Added early game power with Rare Mystic Enchants to account for the build's epic and legendary enchants requiring higher level spells. Shifted some talents around to make the overall flow smoother.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where talents that affected your chance to hit with spells and abilities was not visually increased via your character panel.
[Pending Restart] - [Original 9 Classes] - Corrected an issue where Mind Flay had an incorrect Spell Power scalin
[Pending Restart] - [Original 9 Classes] - Fixed an issue where Conflagrate, Chimaera Shot and Seal of Command were "double dipping" on modifiers. The damage for the respective specializations has been increased to supplement the bugfix and try to retain their viability at endgame only.

Kill Shot - Spot Weakness now deals 20% reduced damage versus players.
[Original 9 Classes] Fixed an issue where Glyph of Shadow would not trigger from Non-periodic Shadow damage critical strikes.

Fixed an issue in invasions where Wail of Tongues would target all players and creatures in the entire zone. It will now only target players within 40 yards.

[Zul'Farrak] Reduced the health of the Pyramid event mobs by 25% in mythic difficulty.
Mystic Enchants
[Archimonde] Fixed an issue where the Drain Life damage from Unbounded Deathbringer did not have its PvP mod applied.
Fixed an issue where Cauterizing Flames could proc the Fire Fire Fireball buff without having the enchant active, causing the cast speed reduction debuff to get stuck.
[Faith Rekindled] Fixed an issue where it was not correctly triggering on allies.
[Charged Tides] Fixed an issue where when used in conjunction with Tree of Wrath sometimes you would eat a Charged Tides stack that was generated instantly. Resulting in lost value from this Epic Mystic Enchantment.
[Archimonde] Fixed an issue where Flame Burst from Harbinger of Flame did not have its PvP mod applied. It now deals 50% reduced damage to players.
[Requires Launcher Update] Fixed an issue where Circle of Life, Natural Zeal, Momentum and Chaos Burn Mystic Enchants would not be visible.
