[Pending Restart] [Elune] Steed of Glory now increases the duration of Divine Steed by 3 sec, changed from 2. It now also removes existing movement impairing effects when used.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] Fixed a bug making Mayhem GCD to underflow and lock every spell cast untill reload (this was caused by Mayhem having short GCD and being affected by Backdraft and Destructive Bargain). Mayhem will now have the same baseline GCD as every other spell = 1.5 second.
Welt
Marks of War gained from combining and refining HR materials have been doubled for Rare and Epic and more than doubled for uncommon combines.
Increased drop chance for Mark of War in TBC HR. Creatures that drop HR materials can also drop Marks of War. Higher Tier creatures have a higher chance, with Heroic Bloodforged creatures having the highest chance.
Added Guard directions in SW and Org for Riding Trainers.
Capital City Riding Trainers can now teach Flying.
[High Risk] Tin, Bronze and Copper Marks of War that drop from creatures in HR have been upgraded to always drop as a Silver or Gold Mark of War. And increased the chance Mark of War drops as a Golden Mark by roughly 700%. More changes will be coming.
Item Changes
Dice of Destiny are no longer used, but if you happen to get one, they can now be deleted, and will also explain how to reroll starters in the description text.
Quests
Players will no longer be offered the uncompletable Mentor Recruiter quest as this has been deprecated and can now be found in the Path to Ascension UI. If you have this quest, abandon it.

[Area-52] [Flare Strike] - Fixed a bug causing Flare Strike to deal higher then intended damage to Hunter's Marked targets.

[Pending restart and cache clear] Fixed an issue where the Hard Khorium Band was displaying as rare instead of epic.
Fixed an issue where [Manastorm Cache: Zul'Aman] were not opening due to being locked to the wrong event. You can now open them.

[Pending restart and cache clear] Fixed an issue where TBC PvP Set piece gloves and legs did not all have their intended gem slots. All Arena gear and the Blue pvp gear (High Warlord's/Grand Marshal's) should have one gem slot for hands and two gem slots for legs.

[Elune] [Area-52]Further improved Dynamic Respawning for the callboard quest area zones. The spawn time of monsters will be reduced when there are many players in the area.
[Elune] Reduced the damage dealt by the triggered spells from the Dungeon set bonuses by 30% in PvP combat.
[Elune] [Area-52] Fixed a bug causing Protean Spawn to deal far to much damage in the Manastorm.
Fixed an issue where Tier 1 Blacksmithing Weapons and the first pair of Engineering Goggles were not able to be trained.
[Pending Restart] Killing Clepto the Cardnapper will now give every party member the loot right away. You no longer have to click the spawned cards to get loot.

[Pending restart and cache clear] Fixed an issue causing the Resilience on many items not to display correctly. This seems to primarily have affected Bloodforged items.

[Pending Restart] [Elune] Corruption spells that are applied via other spells, for example from Shadowburn with Corrupting Shadows, now deals 20% reduced damage in PvP combat.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] Fixed a bug where Echo of Vengeance from Twist of Faith would not trigger for Horde players.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] Champion's Spear now deals increased damage. 200% weapon damage on hit and 50% weapon damage every second. The cooldown is now 1 minute, changed from 2 min.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] Ravager now deals 100% weapon damage every second, changed from 50%.

[Pending Restart] [Elune] - Reduced the base damage and scaling of Chaos Meteor by 20%.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] - Reduced the base damage and scaling of Pure Chaos Bolt by 15%.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] - Reduced the base damage and scaling of Sphere of Annihilation by 20%.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] - Charged Ice now increases the damage and critical strike damage bonus of mentioned spells by 45% per stack. Up from 40%.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] - Conductor now grants 2 stacks by default. It will grant them on cast instead of a damaging hit. Change from 1 stack on hit and 1 additional stack on critical hit.
