[General] Edrim Skysong, the M+ coin vendor, now properly shows all of the weapons you are proficient in. There was an issue where some classes were not seeing some of the weapons that they were proficient in, like Witch Doctors not seeing maces, for example.

[Elune] [Biting Cold] - Now stacks up to 3, down from 5. It now increases the critical strike chance of Ice Lance by 8% per stack, up from 5%. And increases the damage of Ice Lance by 17% per stack, up from 10%.
[Elune] - Wacky Wizardry,Eccentric Elementalist,Deranged Druid,Crazy Cultist,Zany Zealot now have a 15% chance to trigger.
[Elune] - Frostflame Shock now lasts 18 seconds and its cast time was reduced to 1.5 second. Changed from 12/2 sec respectively.
[Elune] - Conductor now also affects Lava Burst and additionally increases the damage done to monsters by 40% per stack.
[Elune] - Elemental Destruction now increases the duration of your Flame Shock by 50%.
[Elune] [Harvest Essence] - Death Coil can now trigger Harvest Essence.
[Elune] [Biting Drain] - Now also increases the critical strike damage bonus of Drain Soul in addition to Drain Life by 35%.
Item Changes
[Area 52] [Elune] Void Star Talisman has its armor reduced by 40% and resistances reduced by 66%, this is to bring it more in line with trinkets on the same tier. This was missed in the recent changelog.
