[Area-52] [Elune] [Cobra Combo] - Cobra Combo now lasts 12 seconds, up from 6 seconds.
[Elune][Area-52] - Mace Specialization (warrior) has been re designed. It is now a 5 point talent and increases your melee attack power by 1% and armor penetration by 3% per point. It no longer provides a random stun.
[Elune] - Lunar Knight now increases the damage of your next Starfire by 80% and Starfire by 60%. Up from 60/40% respectively.
[Elune] - Solar Knight now increases the damage of your next Wrath by 80% and Starfire by 60%. Up from 60/40% respectively.
[Elune] - Reduced the base damage of Disembowel by 20%.
[Elune] - Reduced the scaling of Primordial Fury by ~30%.
[Elune] - Razzashi Talon now costs 50 energy (same as other Mutilate variants) and now scales its damage by 10% per bleed, up to 50%. It previously scaled its damage per bleed up to 70%.
[Elune] - Increased the base damage and scaling of Dark Intent by 35%.
[Elune] - Bathe in Blood now increases the damage of your Rogue bleeds by 4%. Down from 6%.
[Elune] - Fancy Footwork now triggers a 1 second global cooldown. Its benefits now last 12 seconds. Up from 10.
[Elune] - Bloody Strikes now increases the damage of your Mutilate and Razzashi Talon by 15% per stack and your Titanic Mutilate by 5% per stack.
[Elune] - Mastery of Lightning now also makes your Elemental Mastery increase the damage of Lightning Shield against monsters by 15%. Stacking up 10 times.
[Elune] - Mastery of Haste now also makes your Elemental Mastery increase the damage of Stormborn by 75%.
[Elune] - Elemental Fusion now lasts 10 seconds. Down from 12.
[Elune] - Elemental Fusion now increases the damage of Lightning Blade by 10%. Down from 22%.
[Elune] - Encroaching Storm now has a new mechanic Casting Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning with 3 or more stacks of Maelstrom Weapon makes your Elemental Mastery grant 5% additional melee haste. Stacks up to 4.
These changes will be live with the upcoming merge. These are setup with the Chapter 3 changes and new additions in mind.

[Pending Restart] [Area-52] [Arcane Gunslinger] - Fixed a bug causing the Missile Barrage proc chance increase from Arcane Gunslinger to not always apply correctly. Arcane Gunslinger now increases the chance to trigger Missile Barrage by 20% per stack, down from 25%. It will now correctly have a 100% chance to generate Missile Barrage at 4 stacks. And will now also benefit from other Missile Barrage proc chance increases.

[Area 52] Arena Frenzy is now active on thursdays and sundays between 16 and 18 and 20 and 22 server time. It now grants extra rewards for playing 3v3 games (which is solo queue only). New rewards include enchants, gems, a mount and a special new prize.
Fixed a bug where 2v2 and 3v3 solo queue would not always create full teams.

[Pending Restart] [Area 52] Shield Strike now deals 30% reduced damage in PvP combat.

[Area-52] [Elune] - Fixed a bug causing Ranged Abilities with a cast time to not sync to their tooltip cast time, and in some cases not properly benefit from ranged attack speed increases. This affects Steady Shot, Locust Shot, Big Game Shot, Compound Shot, Syndicate Sniper Shot and will end up as a 5-10% attack speed increase baseline. This bugfix will be going live before Sunwell releases.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] - Fixed an issue where Shadowflame Claws was not locked to Dark Apotheosis stance, it will now require you to be in the Dark Apotheosis Stance to gain its benefits.
[Pending Restart] [Area-52] [Elune] [Windfury Weapon] - Now deals 30% increased damage against monsters while wielding a single two-handed weapon, or while using Hoplite.
[Pending Restart] [Area-52] [Elune] [Wild Quiver] - Increased the damage of Wild Quiver Shot to 60%, up from 45%.
[Pending Restart] [Area-52] [Elune] [Titan’s Grip] - Now increases off-hand hit chance by 5%, down from 10%.
[Pending Restart] [Area-52] [Elune] - The T6 Warrior Block set has had its 3 set bonus changed, the increase in damage reduction from your Critical Block talent has been reduced from 10% to 8%.
[Pending Restart] [Area-52] [Elune] - The physical damage reduction gained from the Enveloping Shadows talent has been reduced from 3/6/10% while Ghostly Strike is active to 2/4/6% while Ghostly Strike is active.
[Pending Restart] [Area-52] [Elune] [Shredding Blows] - Now grants 4/8/12% armor penetration per rank, down from 5/10/15%.
