[Elune] Elemental Rend Nature / Fire / Frost now scale of 30% weapon damage (up from 20%), but no longer have an additional bonus scaling from Spell Power and Attack power. (Since weapon damage is already scaling from these, it previously caused Elemental Rends to double dip from your stats).

[Elune] [Ready for Mayhem] Now also makes your rogue melee combo point-generating abilities have an 18% chance to generate Molten Core.
