[Pending Restart] - While in PvP Combat, Ice Barrier is 30% less effective when used with Mana Shield active (and vice versa). Ice Barrier and Mana are two independently strong spells, but when used in tandem the strength of the spells is exponentially stronger. This nerf is meant to target absorption stackings and to not nerf the individual use case of the spells, allowing them to keep their niche.

Fixed an issue where Stormborn was reducing the cooldown fo Stormstrike by 3 seconds in two different places, causing it to make Stormstrike spammable. The tooltip of the enchant will be updated on next patch push to show that the cooldown reduction to Stormstrike is permanent and no longer tied to Elemental Mastery or Shamanistic Rage.
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue with Arugal's Gift where it would not always benefit from the damage mod from Impending Doom.
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue with Arugal's Gift where it could not proc Darkness after Chapter 2.
[Pending Restart] [Dark Ranger] Reduced the damage dealt by Blood Arrow between rank 1 and rank 5, by 20%. This will reduce the damage Blood Arrow deals whilst leveling whilst keeping it's damage the same at level 60 and beyond.
[Stormborn] Fixed an issue where Stormstrike was not having it's cooldown reduced while Elemental Mastery or Shamanistic Rage was active. (requires restart)
[Devouring] Epic Enchant can now refresh Devouring Plague when casting Wraith. (requires restart)
