Pyromancer - Previously Meteor would aggro creatures on cast. Now you will aggro creatures when the Meteor lands. This will prevent fast or charging creatures from escaping the blast.
Item Changes
Removed a number of Deprecated Mystic Scrolls from loot templates. You should no longer see unusable Mystic Scrolls.

Quests
[Area 52] [High-Risk] Twisted, Dread and Void Trophy Quests no longer have For the Horde/Alliance, Mercenary or Outlaw restrictions. You can select the tier daily you want now.
[Area 52] [High-Risk] Twisted, Dread and Void Trophy Quests no longer require the event to be active to obtain War Trophies. All creatures that drop Twisted or Void materials now have a chance to drop War Trophies.
[Area 52] [High-Risk] Void War Trophy Quest will now properly drop the quest items from creatures in Tier 3 High-Risk Material Areas.
