[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Party Recuperation wasn't always correctly benefitting from Quick Recovery.
[Pending Restart] Party Recuperation has seen a minor rework in how it functions. The base health heal is now baked into the hot itself as a flat value. Furthermore the scaling has been substantially increased.

[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Glacial Light did not benefit from or consume the stacks from Water Geyser.
Fixed an issue where Molten Mana from Lava Sweep would proc multiple times on certain spells. As a result, the mana restored from casting from Pyroblast, Fire Blast and Flame Shock based on your attack power has been increased.
